Kelly and John were great to work with. They went beyond meeting my expectations, with the amenities they provided and the well stocked kitchen. We were there a month and it was the perfect home away from home. Highly recommend this condo!

Beyond 5 stars!!!! John & Kelly’s condo is beautiful! Nicely decorated, very spacious and they provide absolutely everything you need! We did not have to go to the store for anything; only for the food we wanted to cook. Absolutely everything was provided. Everything was clean & well stocked. We didn’t have to rent anything for the beach, that was provided too. Keurig, coffee, and everything needed was provided for it also. Absolutely astounding customer service and very responsive immediately. The beach is directly a step away, just right outside the gate. TV’s in all rooms, extremely comfortable beds, couch is even more comfortable lol. My family & I absolutely enjoyed our stay here, we didn’t want to leave. Just total comfort & relaxation in their condo. I would recommend 10/10! Thanks for being the perfect hosts, all the attention to details & providing ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING GUESTS COULD NEED! Hosts like you makes AIR BNB awesome to use! THANK YOU!

My family was very pleased with the condo and enjoyed the stay. It was clean, spacious and equipped with supplies to care for the family. I definitely recommend the place for anyone looking to feel at home away from home. No disappointments....will be back again.

The condo was beautiful! They provided everything that you would need for the beach and the kitchen was so well stocked! The nicest condo we've ever stayed in.

We had such a great stay at this condo, and would highly recommend this unit and the hosts. It is located right across the street from the beach in a clean gated community with a easily accessible elevator to get to unit. We traveled with our two special needs children and even with their chairs it was super easy to get to the room. Handicapped parking right outside of the elevator landing and plenty of room to get them in the condo doors. Condo was so inviting, clean, and very nice. The couch and beds are super comfortable, master bathroom was perfect with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. We will definitely book here again!! The hosts were so kind and you can tell they really put a lot of effort into comfort as well as the appeal of the unit!

Clean condo just steps from the beach. Owned communicated well! I would stay again!

Great location and very close to the beach. The place was exactly as described. Kelly and John were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, there were board games and cards, the beach chairs and umbrellas were useful, and boogie board was a pleasant surprise. They had plenty of towels and beach towels to use. Highly recommend them and would come back!

John and Kelly’s place is a very beautiful condo to stay at in Miramar Beach. The condo was very spacious. It comfortably fit four adults, a baby, and two toddlers. The condo was very clean all around. Our favorite part was close we were to the ocean. We were but a 3-4 minute walk to the ocean. The water is so clear! Amenities were also amazing. We truly just had to get groceries. J and K had a washing machine too that proved to be a big time saver coming home for us. All in all it was a great stay for a great price and great location. We would definitely stay again.
My only thing I didn’t like is that our upstairs neighbors were super noisy throughout the day and night. But since it’s a multi floor community that’s to be expected. Thank you J and K for a great experience to have with my family.

The place was one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen had all the amenities, we were able to have breakfast and dinner everyday. We had an infant with us, so the location was perfect. ( the pack and play was ready for us to use!) We walked right up to the beach. They had the umbrella and beach chairs ready for use in the condo. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay again in the future.

Great area to stay. Very short walk to the beach. Very clean Airbnb. Lots of amenities!
Did have a couple of issues. Front bedroom with bunks- door did not close correctly and there was some kind of unit inside the room in the wall that kicked in and off all through the day and night.
Main entrance door was kind of hard and tricky to open- the host did make us aware of this.
The condo parking attendant was rude the first day when we asked about the overflow parking. He told us to figure it out for ourselves. This has nothing to do with the host. But be aware.
Overall, the Airbnb is located in a great place

Kelly and John were great hosts! They were very communicative prior to and during our stay! We were there for Father’s Day and Kelly was beyond thoughtful and left my dad a gift and some snacks when we checked in! Their place was also gorgeous and just as depicted in the listing. It was more than spacious enough for our group of 5. The location cannot be beat! You just walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Plus the beach amenities are fantastic! Having flown into Destin it was amazing that we didn’t have to buy or rent out beach chairs and umbrellas. It was our first time to the Destin area and we are already wanting to come back - we fell in love with the beach and Kelly and John’s place! Definitely recommend!

Our host is as super responsive. Always willing to help. The house have all amenities we could think of. Linens were extremely clean and the bed were comfortable. They have beach chairs, umbrella, …. On the kitchen we found lots of napkins, paper towels, ziplock, etc. I don’t recall anything missing. That’s why I think it was better than we could expect. Thank you so much for being so nice with your guests.

Kelly and John are wonderful hosts! The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming.
The kitchen was well equipped, the couch beyond comfortable, complete with full size throw blankets(a welcome addition as we were there in a cold snap!)
The bathrooms were ready with shampoo and body wash, and even the towels were soft and thick, so luxurious!
The locations was great! A walk across the street and you were on a magnificent white sand beach with the most beautiful aqua blue water. A mile down the road was a rental place with go-carts(really fun!) And e-bikes and scooters as well. Great restaurants a short walk or drive away.
Kelly and John provide beach chairs and huge beach towels for the beach(one less thing to pack). They seem to have thought of every thing. Even a washer and dryer that worked really well!
