Beach Please Cottage , Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We love staying at Beach Please and Brenda is a pleasure to work with. We’ve stayed multiple times with our kids and grandkids and we will be back. Everything in the house is as pictured. The house is clean and beds are comfortable! The bedroom set up is great for our family, 3 King beds and two beds in the 4th room. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach, Captain Dave’s restaurant (highly recommend), and my daughters and I enjoy the walk to BA coffee in the mornings. The cottage is a short drive to either Harborwalk Village and Silver Sands mall, so we can easily hit all of our favorite spots. We can’t wait for next year!

The pictures and description of this cottage are absolutely true. Everything we needed was there. The living space was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable which you don't find everywhere! There were pool/ocean toys available and the short walk to the ocean was doable even for the 2 year old! We made a lot of memories while we were there including an engagement! I highly recommend this cottage and community!

The house was perfect for our week long family vacation. We loved being able to spend so much time on the beach as well as around the large table in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and it was a plus that there were 3 king beds. The walk to the beach was not far... the ocean was crystal clear with minimal jelly fish while we were there thankfully. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

We enjoyed our vacation stay at Beach Please. This home is beautifully decorated with everything you will need for your stay. We had a party of 8 and all were very comfortable. The private beach access and the the beach service that was included was definitely a huge plus! Be sure and go down early to reserve your spot so you can sit close to the water. Brandon and his crew were wonderful to work with. Many memories were made this trip and we will be back! Stay here…I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Brenda! Have been meaning to drop you a note and thank you for the rental of Beach Please. We had a great time and really didn’t want to leave, but duty called.
We would like to commend you on all the renovation you did to Beach Please. All the people who we had over couldn’t believe the changes. To be honest, we didn’t see anything as nice in the ones we were able to see in the complex.
Rusty, our Golden-Doodle, had the time of his life and was so happy there. He made many friends on our walks along Scenic Dr. He, like us, did not want to come back home to Tennessee.

I stayed there 2 times this summer. Once with my daughters and kids and once with my friends. Both times were great. I want to say how beautiful and clean the cottage was. Best vacation I ever had. The cottage was a five Star ++. Paul was super to work with and everything was top of the line. The property was supplied with every thing you would ever need, plus more. The place was immaculate in all respects. We will be coming back. Bob & MB & Charles & Barb

The house was very clean and enough room for the group that traveled! Easy to find and get to!! I loved that it was gated and the pool was close by!! Close to shopping and restaurants which we liked!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! 

We loved our stay at 53 Cottage Row. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The pool area was very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This cottage was a little slice of heaven. Check-in was easy with the keyless entry. The family room/dining area provided enough space for my party of six. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The space was pristine and the decor was stylish, but still made you feel at home. We had one minor issue, and emailed Paul. He responded quickly and even followed up to let us know the short and long-term plans for the cottage. Paul was awesome! Overall great stay. I would and will recommend this cottage!!

It had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Thank you for providing us with the rice cooker.  Sheets in bunk road were not up to standard.

Also, after further evaluation the materials used in the sheets are piling and not up to my standard for our guest and new sheets are being purchased. Hope to see you soon.

We were a family of 12 and were very satisfied. The house was well kept and clean. Can‚Äôt wait to come back.
