We spent most of January at this great condo. The pictures don't do it justice! The owner has thought of everything. It felt just like home. Not only was it spotless but the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals in. We loved how close it is to everything you could need. Steps to the beach, and local restaurants. This was the perfect getaway spot for a girls weekend. Super clean and well maintained. When our flight got cancelled Kim and Steve welcomed us to stay another night. We walked Harbor walk, ate at Dewey Destin’s, shopped, beached, and laughed non-stop. Bike rentals at Coastal Cruisers was the perfect was to get groceries and navigate the area. If you are looking for a spot close to the beach. This.is.it!!!! Will be back in February

The property was more than I expected it to be. Very comfortable and inviting. Loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings and listening to the waves! Short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was awesome. Anwsered questions rapidly and was very helpful with adding an etra day onto out stay. Everyone we met in Destin and surrounding areas were very friendly. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

Just returned home from our stay in Destin for the week. Loved the location. Super close to the beach. I’m talking steps. Great especially if you have small kids like us that are 7 and 4. Literally 1/2 mile from Publix. Lots of other shopping. Condo was super clean, decorated nicely. Everything you will need. Will definitely return for a visit. Only 2 critical comments...obtaining a parking pass shouldn’t be so difficult. We arrived on Saturday and was unable to obtain one until Tuesday. Office closed on weekend and wasn’t an issue but when I tried going to the office to get...between the 30 minute window they are open, nobody was there. Had to go across the street. Towards the end of our week the pool got closed because of high levels of chlorine...again, not an owner or condo issue but maybe more the company managing. Still, great stay overall. Thanks and hope to see ya next year!

Caribbean Dunes #114 was an excellent choice for our week in Florida! Our only issue the entire week was the door code we were given did not work when we arrived (common issue with other places we’ve stayed as well) We contacted Kim and she responded and fixed the issue immediately. The condo itself was very nice, well maintained and exceptionally clean. It was well stocked for anything you may need...from the kitchen to beach chairs!!! The location was perfect, close to everything and still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend as well as stay here again!!

Park at the door and walk into this one bedroom/one bath condo that sleeps six. A king sized bed in the Master Suite will provide a relaxing night's sleep.
The kids will love the twin bunks in the hall and two more can sleep comfortably on the memory foam Queen-Sleeper Sofa.
Caribbean Dunes is a well-maintained complex located in the lovely Crystal Beach area, and is across the street from the Gulf. You will take about 200 steps and you will be right on the snow white sand of Crystal Beach. The community pool and hot tub are great for a reprieve from the beach. They are both sparkling and inviting. The unit is directly across from the public beach access. Shopping, restaurants, fishing, the water park, golf and bike rentals are all close by.
Out guests will appreciate the convenience and security of out keyless lock system. You can relax in the comfy recliner while viewing the HD TV with extended channels, Netflix, Cable, Blue Ray DVD, online access and music. For those that want to be free from wires, you can enjoy the wireless internet service in the unit or on the patio overlooking the Gulf.
We love our beach-home-away-from-home. and love to share it with those that love the beach as much as we do. The Crystal Beach area of Destin is so beautiful that we are sure you will come back year after year!
