This condo offers everything you are looking for in a one-bedroom unit. It's beautifully renovated and a short stroll to the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!

The kitchen has new granite countertops, new cabinets and new appliances. The bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and soothing neutral tiles. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and another flat screen television. The condo features a modern open concept living and dining room, creating a spacious atmosphere. The washer and dryer are new for optimal washing.

The king bed in the master bedroom features new bedding and a flat screen television. The master bedroom is the perfect oasis to relax and rejuvenate. The Master is very spacious, not typical for one bedroom properties.

The clubhouse provides many additional amenities. During office hours you have access to a pump to blow up your beach floats and an ice machine. They also have basketball, tennis rackets, and movie rentals.

Chateau La Mer II is a desirable, family-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful pool, nice playground and well-kept tennis courts. It is a short walk to a private section of Destin's famous beach's emerald surf and crystal white sand.

Everything you need is nearby and Destin offers so many different recreational activities, there is something for every member of the family.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
