This Destin Dolphin Home is THE Place to stay in the Heart of Destin! We would give this exquisite home OVER five stars if it were possible. We loved the open concept kitchen into the living room with the huge glass doors that open up into the pool area which is perfect for making vacation memories with family and friends. There is plenty of space to be together while on vacation but also plenty of room for privacy and comfort away from home. Crystal Beach is just a short golf cart ride away and the convenience of being in Destin's upscale area of town a block away from the nightlife and restaurants of Scenic Highway 98 is priceless. Chuck is an excellent host and is outstanding at communication and hospitality. This is the vacation home you will want to return to year after year for a lifetime.

The home is great and the photos reflect the home accurately. We very much enjoyed our week stay with some beach days and alot of pool time. The location is a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We'd stay here again next time in Destin.

The place was very nicely done. Incredibly clean. Everything felt practically brand new (if not brand new) from the dishes, furniture, outdoor furniture, flooring, etc. We rented a golf cart which was so much fun and loved the beach runs. Very well located - close to everything. The communications were amazingly fast - they checked in on us to make sure all was going well. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

BEDROOMS
Leave the stress of the city behind with a genuine beach house holiday. The home’s four bright, spacious bedrooms each have their own charm. Each room is furnished with comfy adult-sized beds, plush linens, and smart TVs. The two bedrooms upstairs have direct access to the balconies.
There are two master suites with king-sized beds, making this home perfect for two families. One master bedroom on the second floor has both a king-sized bed and a full bed. This room is finished in pleasant blue tones like the rest of the house and features a wet bar and ensuite bathroom. The other master suite is on the ground floor of the home and features a king-sized bed, leather reading couch, and ensuite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space to unpack your belongings, and each has easy access to a shared full bathroom. A sofa bed is available to accommodate additional guests.
BATHROOMS
This home is well equipped to cater to its guests with spacious, well-lit, and elegantly decorated bathrooms. All bathrooms are complete with modern stainless steel fittings and sparkling clean vanities. Coupled with the blue walls that are throughout, they give a luxurious feel.
The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite that is bright and airy. It features a walk-in shower, spa bath, double vanity, and large well-lit beauty mirror. The downstairs master bedroom has a similar ensuite with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The shared bathroom is neat and spacious with a walk-in shower and single vanity.
There is a convenient outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a day at the beach or pool to avoid tracking sand through the house.
KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING
The heart of this beautiful bright beach house features 10-foot ceilings, large windows with views of the pool and palm trees, and an open concept for an airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with elegant white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
The beach bar-breakfast island is a fantastic feature of this space with its high countertop and tall stools. This area is great for a quick snack, serving cocktails, or group dinners during your vacation.
Dine in style on the six-seater solid wood dining table and upholstered dining chairs. A cozy corner dining area for four adds some extra seating to the space to accommodate everyone indoors during meal time.
The lounge with its two large leather sofas and 60” HDTV is a super comfy spot when you want to kick back and relax indoors on your vacation after a day spent in the sun.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside the living room for access to the sparkling heated pool and dreamy patio. You’ll love relaxing in the sunshine beside the private pool in this stunning area. Complete with six loungers, a large couch, a Weber propane grill, and outdoor dining furniture, this area is the perfect place for multiple families to soak up the sun and breathe the fresh sea air.
The pool is serviced twice a week to keep the water crystal clear and refreshing. The back deck gets morning shade, making it a great place to sip your morning coffee. With sunshine all afternoon, the pool area is ideal for tanning and swimming.
A fully fenced garden means that the little ones and furry friends can run about freely without worry. The sandy shores of the beach are within walking distance - a mere 300 steps to be exact, perfect for a daily outing. A golf cart is available for your convenience to get around the neighborhood. Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and paddle board provided to have fun at the beach!

Guest Access:
Guests of our gorgeous beach home have complete access to all of the amenities and appliances during their stay. Self-check-in via keypad makes life easy and allows you to make yourself truly at home without worrying about keys.
The pool can be heated during your stay at a $60/day rate collected separately.
This is a pet-friendly home for a maximum of two pets. Should you wish for your furry friend to join you on your special getaway, there is a $50/day fee for each pup.
The golf cart is available for rental. The cart must be rented for your entire stay at the seasonal rate for a 6-seater cart, also collected separately (please see the image detailing rental rates).
There is free secure parking on the premises, as well as a Nest doorbell camera to monitor the front side of the home for your security.
