Gorgeous inside and super clean, super spacious. The location was prime with beach access right across the street. Jay’s communication and check-in process was responsive and easy. If ever in the area, I would easily rent again!

This house was awesome!!! The private pool and basketball court kept the kids busy and happy!! All of the bedrooms were spacious and private- perfect for multiple families! The location was also great- beach access was right across the street, and grocery store was just blocks away!! We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Destin!

The house is beautiful, and the big plus is the proximity to the beach - basically just across the street.
The house has plenty of space, and the rooms are arranged perfectly for either singles, or families. Everything is clean, well decorated, organized, and the kitchen is well equipped.
The pool was also a great addition for those that wanted to enjoy a little bit more the nice weather after coming back from the beach.
We all had a great, relaxing time. I definitely recommend it!

I think the house actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. The outside pool area was really enjoyable, and I'm bummer we didn't make use of the great basketball court.
Owners were overly wary about parties happening at the house, but I can understand the desire to protect your property.

This home is across the street from the beach, on a quiet road with dedicated beach access, on an estate size lot, large enough, to play on your very own Full Court Basketball Court (A UNIQUE AMENITY THAT SEPERATES THIS PROPERTY FROM Most OTHERS) plus your own private Pickleball court regulation size. and parking for 5 vehicles.
After a day at the beach, shoot some hoops and enjoy the large, private (heated if necessary) swimming pool. Other things to note
This house has been lived in by the original owner only. It has never been on the rental program. The house is on the tax roles as being built in 1992. It was not completed until 1996 and that is when the original owner took possession. The home was well maintained and just needs a little Kristalynn (my bride) to give it the Summerwind look and feel. It has a wonderful private pool and a full court basketball court. It is a very short about 60 yards walk to the beach. You can not only see the gulf, you can hear it and smell it.
