My bride Kristalynn and I live in Texas and have six children and 2 grandchildren. Our children range in ages 8 yrs to 37yrs. We each grew up close to the ocean, I am from Boston and my bride lived in Hawaii. We love beautiful beaches and cannot be away from them for long periods of time. We gutted first house down to the studs and completely remodeled it. I decided to start renting the house to make up for some of the monthly expenses and it turned into a great small business. This property is a new build. My partner and I decided on a new build because of the deferred maintenance expense on most of the other houses we looked at. We got to pick the final designs and colors of the house and everything is brand new and there are a large number of people that like new things. It fell within our footprint of being within a block and a half to the beach and have room for a private pool and sport court. We now have four houses in the Destin and Panama City beach area.
