Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the private pool and basketball court! Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay despite the windy weather. Jay was very responsive and always available. The house was in fantastic condition. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a quiet get away for decent sized group. We plan staying with this host next year depending on our turn out

The house is a perfect rental if you are going for a beach vacation. It was a 2 second walk to the beach, right across the street from the golf course we played, and in the middle of everything in Destin. The street the house is on is very quiet and private (need to get past gate). The condition of the house itself is great and the beds were very comfortable. If you're thinking you don't need a pool because you're beside the beach I would say we thought the same thing-but to be honest, the pool was an awesome addition to have and we used it more than we thought. Overall, I would definitely book this place again and am definitely considering a repeat vacation next year. Most importantly, Jay and Kristalynn were great and communicated perfectly with me. They answered my calls and responded to my texts when I had a question. They even helped accommodate us when we ended up needing to stay another night because we got there early!! Highly recommend Destin for a beach vacation and highly recommend this house and it's owners.

100 yards to beach, basketball court, private sport pool
THE SPACE
The house is on a very private gated community that dead ends into the Gulf of Mexico. There are only 15 houses on the street. You can see the gulf from our driveway. It is close walking distance to Starbucks, the grocery store, and several of stores and restaurants.
GUEST ACCESS
The guest will have access to the own private pool as well as their own private full court basketball area. They will also have access to WiFi and a huge wrap around deck.
