It is in a good location close to the beach; is large enough for a big group with good hang out spots in the living room, backyard, and crows nest; comes with a golf cart that made getting around fun and easy; and was really well kept/clean upon arrival. The hosts are very thorough with communication but send a lot of really long messages and are a bit overly rigid in that they dont allow early/late check in/out under any circumstances. I knew that going in but it is inconvenient. Also they dont supply some house necessities like toilet paper/paper towel which I thought was odd for how nice everything else is and the price tag. I guess thats standard for Airbnb in the area though. There is a grocery store close by that we took the golf cart to though. To summarize, my group had a great time staying here and the property itself is great, but it wasnt necessarily my favorite AirBnB experience due to the few inconveniences.
