We just returned from our trip to Destin and had a fantastic time at Nautilus. The house was beautiful and able to accommodate our six families for spring break!The layout of the house was perfect for adults and kids to be able to spend time together as well as find some space for peace and quiet. We loved that all adults could have their own separate suites and there were plenty of spaces for everyone to get together, watch TV, hang out, and even play ping-pong.The backyard was great with the heated pool, barbecue, and privacy fence for us to spend most of our days enjoying the sun and some swimming. I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness of Todd and team. Any issues that arose or help that we needed were properly answered, and often fixed within a couple of hours.Overall, we had a great time and great experience and would definitely look forward to renting another space with Todd and team again. Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic vacation!

Such a great house for my ladies tennis trip! The rooms were all beautiful and each was laid out like a master which was great. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future! We had one issue with the pool heating. Turned out to be a user error and they had someone out almost immediately to help.

Very nice place. Stayed for a work retreat. Everyone enjoyed the house. It was spacious and clean. I would also recommend the Crab Trap up around the corner to eat. The best seafood Ive had in years!

My husband and I take our five daughters and their families somewhere each year, and they unanimously agreed that this was by far the best bnb in which weve stayed. We love being together but it was also wonderful that there were so many different places in the home to break into groups and do different things. Some wanted to watch a movie, 2nd floor. Some wanted to play video games onto, 3rd floor. Someone always wanted to swim, first floor. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It made it difficult to want to go places! Every place we did go was so nearby, including shopping. Very well done Todd!! You and your wife obviously know everything people could possibly want or need!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited. NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 to reserve Nautilus during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.
