Each room had a full bathroom which was great for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool and the covered porch to sing karaoke and hang out. The house was stocked with an abundance of silverware, dishes and glasses. Also quite a lot of cookware. Since we were there for Thanksgiving this came in very handy. The location was great also. A 10 minute walk to the beach and short rides to all shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the golf cart and pool and back porch. The house is close to everything and very comfortable.

The house was very comfortable for ages 2-87. It would have been nice to have some chairs with arms and more cooking supplies when preparing meals for 10 , 3 times a day. The golf cart and bicycles were great. We enjoyed the size of the rooms and pool location. We had to bring a play pen for 2 year old sleeping and a high chair. The neighborhood was nice and close to shopping.

Pool:
Latitude’s pool is 14′ x 26′ and ranges from 3’ to 5’ deep. It is heated between November and April at no additional charge, as well as a splash deck for tanning/lounging.
