EPIC was AMAZING! My grandkids were in total awe of EPIC! We were close to stores, the ocean, church... EVERYTHING! We had a few blond questions that Todd answered very quickly and were helpful! The house was clean and very well stocked!!! A lot of memories were this last week!! This Mamaw's heart is full!!

Hi, My family and I stayed at this lovely home and it was GREAT!! Todd was fantastic. I must recommend this place in Destin to others. We had a Merry Christmas good time and any place you wanted to shop or eat at was near. We didn't want to check out but we knew our stay had come to an end. We will be back. Not one complaint, job well down with the up keep of this wonderful place.ThanksBernice & Family

This house was perfect for our group of 20! The house location is near perfect, being 3 blocks from the beach and just minutes away from all the fun things to do in Destin! The place was clean and tidy! The heated pool was soo great to have as the ocean had some jellyfish while we were there, so the 5 kiddos in the group could enjoy all day! Overall awesome spot to stay!

Epic is a great place for a large family plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool house a nice bonus. The pools area was very nice and clean. The grilling area was nice but could use a few repairs. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. And living area was large enough for 16. Parking is always a problem with the big rentals but this rental has ample at the door parking. The golf cart, bikes and water toys are a great plus.. the beach is maybe two blocks and very clean. I would recommend this place for a large family or group.
