A quick 10-minute walk to enjoy the sunset on the beach -

HOME
As you enter the home, you will enjoy a welcoming living space with vaulted ceilings, beautiful tile flooring, big comfy couches with a queen sleeper, and flat-panel TV.  As you move to the kitchen, you will enjoy new cabinetry with spacious granite countertops and an oversized sink. The kitchen also includes eating space for 6 and everything needed to make that delicious seafood feast. Returning to the living room, you will head down the hall to the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed with a flat-panel TV. Just across the hall, you will enter the spare bedroom that includes 2 full-size beds and flat-panel TV. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and plenty of counter space to get ready to head out and enjoy all the activities and excursions Destin offers. There is a covered parking space, outdoor gas grill, and plenty of yard space to enjoy a friendly game of corn-hole.

Parking: Up to 3 vehicles on the uncovered driveway

HOUSE RULES
Primary Renter is 25 or older and present for the entire stay(NO EXCEPTIONS).
Pets Allowed. Bring your pup!! (2) small dogs are considered with approval - with a non-refundable fee of $150+ tax per dog for length of stay. No dogs on the beach.
No Lookout Deck - Please do not attempt to go on it.
No Smoking of any kind
No Parties/Events
