Overall a great place and fun. We were 8 guys on a golf trip, we were either on the golf course or at the house. Just a fantastic place and loved every bit of it, especially with 8 guys, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

We had 10 adults and 10 kids and we never felt crowded at all! We all enjoyed the heated pool and the short walks to the beach. Only issue was door code not working upon check in but it was resolved within 20 mins. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for a family gathering over the holidays where you have 3 families with kids or 2 families with kids along with one or two couples, all staying on the 2nd and 3rd floor where the bunk rooms and 4 bedrooms with King beds and en-suite bathrooms are located. These two floors can handle many combinations of couples with and without kids or singles as needed. Lacking an elevator in the three story house, the 2 first floor King bedrooms are probably best reserved for Grandparents and people with disabilities. The open concept rear half of the first floor is also well layed out for large group meals, sports and movie watching as well as table games and group conversations. When the weather is nice, the backyard patio and pool area is a great extension to the indoor facilities. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect for the warm to cool weather over the Thanksgiving holiday. Especially when you have half a dozen kids with endless energy to occupy. Parking is available for up to 9 cars but you have to position them carefully to avoid blocking the sidewalk and avoiding a parking fine.

We stayed at the Kings Castle for a week, 6 couples and 20 kids, everyone loved the stay and their own master suites. Kids loved the heated pool so much, they would not even want to go to he beach. We all enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day. The maintenance person was very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had, we texted or called him and everything was taken care of right away. The area is beautiful too, stores and attractions are all very close by. Beach access is just few minutes of walking away from the house. The beach was not too big, however there is a state park close by, and there’s is a very large public beach there too. We mostly stayed in the pool anyway. Overall, we absolutely loved the Kings Castle and we hope to come back next year.
