New for 2024!  New 6-burner gas range with two electric ovens on main floor, new microwave on main floor, new dishwasher on main floor, and new extra-large dryer on main floor. We put the electric cooktop and built-in oven on the beach level, added a new full-size refrigerator, and two new Beautyrest queen size mattresses in the beach level suite. 

New for 2023! A 10-person spa located on the beachfront deck, two new air conditioning units, and we have converted the jack/jill bathroom on the middle level to two separate bathrooms with walk-in showers. We also added a computer and karaoke machine for our guests to use.

We have decorated and furnished this home as our personal beach home. New kitchenware, new furniture, and new coastal decor.

"Seahorse by the Sea" is a beautiful, oceanfront home that is perfect for large families and/or friends. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean!

The top floor is the main floor. It has a 10 ft ceilings and travertine floors, a kitchen with granite countertops, living area with two leather sectionals and powered recliners, dining table which seats 10, laundry room with sink and built in ironing board, the primary bedroom and guest bedroom both have king beds and full baths. The primary bedroom and living area share a large balcony which spans across the house and has stunning views. The guest bedroom has a view of the ocean from a side window behind a nightstand.

The middle floor has a living area with amazing views of the ocean, and a kitchenette that is perfect for coffee, drinks, and snacks without having to go upstairs. The living area also has a sofa that folds out to a bed and two full size bunkbeds with twin trundles. One bedroom overlooks the ocean, has a sliding door to the balcony, a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two queen size beds, a view of the ocean from the side window, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower that opens to both the bedroom and the living area. 

The beach level is separate from the rest of the house and has amazing views of the ocean throughout. It is a suite with a living area, a kitchen, two queen size murphy beds, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The beach level deck is very large and has a beach walkover for easy access to the ocean. This home sits closer to the water than the other homes around it making it ideal for watching the breath-taking sunsets. There is a new 10-person spa and a propane grill on this beachfront deck.

There is plenty of space for parking with a circle drive and two-car garage.

We provide free beach service from March-October. Four chairs and two umbrellas will be set up Sun-Fri from before 9am-5pm.

You will have your own private beach!  We own the beach behind the house all the way to the wet sand so no crowded beach!

We have addtional beach umbrellas and beach chairs, beach towels, a kayak, boogie boards, floats, sand toys, and four adult bikes!
