We stayed at Crystal View 401 for two weeks - middle to end of October. This was our first time here and the unit was lovely - well-appointed and with more than enough space for everyone. And the balcony. Oh, the balcony. Couldn't ask for better views! (VRBO Review)

The pictures definitely don't do this listing any justice. I thought it was beautiful in the pictures, but it literally took our breath away when we walked in. The windows with the breathtaking views are unbeatable. The color schemes and decor are so welcoming. Plenty of towels and dishes available. Loved the beach chair service! The balcony.... oh the balcony!!! So awesome!! Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Renee was so responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good about this listing. Love it. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The view was absolutely beautiful!!! Unfortunately, during our stay the balcony was being repaired and we had no access to that area. I spoke with Laura and she gave us a credit for not being able to use that space. Overall it was a great unit that we will certainly book again!

Had a great stay. The balcony was under refurbishment for the entire building but the manager discussed with us well in advance. Location was excellent for Miramar beach. Felt secluded but easy access to shopping areas when we wanted to go out. (VRBO Review)

This is a beautiful roomy unit with plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. Renee is great to work with! The complex is clean and it is an easy walk to the beach. We hope to be back next year !

Wow, what an awesome week we had. Great condo, great view, great weather, great food, great location! I could go on and on. You won’t be disappointed renting this condo for your Destin vacation.

This property was perfect! From what it offered inside amd tje functionality of our group of 11 to the largest balcony I have ever seen. The sunsets were amazing.... gulf view every morning was breathtaking! The elevator was a plus and we felt like the pool was only ours. Night swimming was the best! Private beach access 50 steps from the elevator! The beach chair and umbrella set up was wonderful! Thank you for a time to remember!

This condo was perfect for our group of 9 that range in age from 10-49. 2 adult couples, 3 teen girls and 2 adolescent boys who each slept on a hideabed. The condo was great and as pictured. The appliances are a little dated and slow, but we weren't in a hurry. The view is spectacular and the best view for the price. The beach was wonderful. It does butt up against the public beach so you may want to walk a little to the east in order to avoid the edge of the public beach. Otherwise, it was perfect! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Wife, 3 children small dog and I wanted a beach vacation after our covid lockdown this past March. Crystal View 401 was great. First - the view. Wow. Show stopper. Awesome to have that view. Located right across from the beach (just a two lane road between you and the sand), close to local restaurants and the main touristy Destin stuff is a 5-10 min drive. Pool was nice (and heated for Spring Break). It was perfect for our family. We expect to be back.

The description on this property is correct - we didn't want to go home! The view and location is unbeatable. It was so convenient to head over to the beach but return for lunch or a break from the sun. The neighborhood was quiet at night and pleasantly busy for people watching during the day. There are a few things in the property that could use an update but everything was fine and functional. The in unit laundry was a big plus! I hope we'll have the opportunity to return to this great location in the future.

Our group of friends and family members absolutely loved our fall break get-a-way at 401 Crystal View. The property was spacious and clean. However, most impressive was the balcony view of the Emerald Coast. I believe we spent as much time on the balcony as we did on the beach! We are already planning a trip back - as soon as possible!

We loved it. We are already talking about seeing if it is available for our next trip.

This condo at Crystal Beach was exacly what the doctor ordered! The view is spectacular and di stance to the beach couldn't be better. We got a lot of use out of the free chair service on the beach and Matt couldn't be more helpful about getting you your chairs and making sure you you have what you need. Lots of dining options nearby. Our favorite thing to do when we were no on the beach was sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Wonderful property and helpful managment. Thank you!

To start with I booked a reservation for next summer the first day I walked into the condo. The three big windows along with the two large patio doors to the balcony all have gulf views. It's stunning to walk into. The condo building is a small one and I prefer that. The condo itself had high ceilings which made it feel very roomy. Some condos have such low ceiling they make me feel like I'm in a cave. It was also well furnished, well decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The BIG table had room for eight and right beside it was the kitchen bar with three stools. The location of the condo is excellent being right across the street from Miramar public beach. It was perfect!

Our family loved this condo! There were 6 adults and a toddler. Very spacious and decorated very nicely. The ocean views were amazing and access to the beach was so convenient! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The view and location were spectacular! The condo was nice but a some stuff in the condo is showing wear and tear....pillows, rugs, chairs in living room and cabinets in master bath. Also the listing needs to be updated... says no iron and there is one and no hair dryer and there is one... so we brought unnecessary items that we didn’t have to. This would not keep me from returning to this condo! Overall it was a great stay and we will be back!

We have stayed in 3 different crystal view condos throughout the years and they are always perfect! This condo did not disappoint. Perfect views from the balcony of the ocean. We were even able to see some dolphins from the balcony one morning! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will definitely be back :)

This condo was great, perfect location, everything we needed for cooking and then some. The view from the balconies was spectacular. We saw beautiful sunsets and lots of dolphins in the mornings. The condo is beautifully decorated with lots of artwork to complement each each room. The pool and beach chairs were an added bonus also. Both were used by our family. I would recommend this condo to everyone looking for a great family vacation.

Stayed at different three and four bedroom condos in the area over the past ten years. When I called the rental agent for the condo I rented the Last three times , it was booked. Friend told me to go on line to VRBO and check out what was available.I found Crystal View. I was familiar with the location and loved the presentation they had on line. I booked it for family vacation. Had easy instructions to follow on entry , supplies and leaving. Family arrived they fell in love with it. I was sorry that for the seven days i was their mostly rain and cloudy.. But I will book it again , we had good family time inside and ate out in the evenings. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The only thing I couldn’t find was a whisk but I probably overlooked it.

We enjoyed being close to all of our interests, the harbor, and the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean and we appreciated the umbrella and chairs.

Some of the activities participated in were parasailing and deep-sea fishing. The captain and crew on the Anastasia were amazing! And if you go to Jacacuda’s after your fish are cleaned, they will cook your catch and it was only $15 per person with two sides. They did an amazing job and cooked it several different ways so we could try it. It was wonderful and so rewarding after a very hard day’s work!

All of you were so easy to work with and I greatly appreciated the quick response to emails. Everyone in our family wants to come back and stay there again because it all worked out so perfectly. I hope that will be soon! Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay and all the conveniences we could hope for!

Best vacation in years! My family and I have stayed in the Emerald Coast area for the last 4 years and this was the very best stay we’ve had. The Condo was immaculate, there were 12 of us in all and everyone had a bed or sleeper sofa and all very comfortable. The condo elevator and the gated entry to the private beach area right in front of the building was a huge plus! We cooked breakfast every morning and a few dinners and the kitchen was very adequate, some of the knives need sharpening but not a big deal. And oh the balcony, roomy and seating very comfortable, could sit and relax for hours. Laura, Renee and Carmen were very accessible to answer my questions by email and very timely. My only suggestion is that in the description for the rental that it include that there is a 2 car max 3 at the most and it is first come first serve. The public parking didn’t allow overnight parking so that can be an issue if multiple families are coming in to stay.

We've been visiting Destin for nearly 20 years and have stayed in many places along Scenic 98. We enjoyed this unit more than any other we've stayed in. Unit 401 at Crystal View was roomy, nicely appointed and the view was terrific! On this trip we were joined by two other couples and everyone said the same thing.......we want to come back to this condo again. A huge bonus was the 3 king size beds. So many condos have 1 King in the master and then queen or two twins in the other bedrooms. It's difficult to find 3 kings. Crystal View is centrally located and easy to get to. If you want, you can walk to Pompano Joe's for dinner as well as stroll along the private beach. Renee and Laura make sure you have all the information you need, both for the unit and to have a great stay! We highly recommend this condo!

We were so pleased with this condo. We have been vacationing to the Deatin area for 11 years and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenary of space. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. The view of the beach was stunning and the complex was very well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful. I'd highly recommend renting this condo. We did not want to leave.

My family stayed in Uni t 401 for a well needed vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The view of the beach is spectacular and we especially enjoyed the large balcony. We enjoyed this condo so much that we are already making plans to stay in this unit again next year.

We loved this condo and the location was perfect. We stayed a week and wished we could stay longer. The unit was clean and everything we required was provided by the owner. It is common to be allotted just a few towels and wash clothes which is usually a bother. We were given plenty of towels, as well as other supplies. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the beautiful porch furniture is delightfully comfortable. We appreciated having three king beds; no one had to be given a small bed.

My family and I had the best time on this vacay! When looking for a place to stay, this property kept leaping out at me, but I was nervous to book due to the balcony renovation, but I’m so glad I booked anyway! The views were still amazing!!
