I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided.The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
You’ll feel like you’re home in these quaint and cozy cottages. But the lovely grounds and large pool will remind you that this is vacation, sweet vacation. These uniquely designed 2 story units all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your own patio. The celebrated white sand beaches, golf courses, local restaurants/bars, and local vacation attractions are located less than a mile in any direction.
* 2 Pools (Northeast pool is seasonally heated) Heated Thanksgiving, Christmas through spring break each year.
*Only TWO vehicles are allowed per unit. No Boat or Trailer Parking allowed. You have a marked space and a visitor spot. Again, all vehicles must have a displayed parking pass. If not displayed you are subject to be towed. No Commercial Vehicles allowed on property overnight. The patios and balconies are only for organized patio furniture. There are to be no: Coolers, bikes, towels hanging over railings, and like items. Only patio furniture.
