The unit was a perfect choice for my wife and me. Interior was clean and up-to-date. The location to the beach was literally walk out and walk in. The communications for info was great.

Being on the bottom floor was easy to walk to the beach each morning. We have small kids so the grassy area allowed them to run and play. We were right around the corner from the pool. Overall we loved the condo and will be back.

We were looking for a specific unit and couldn’t find it. We took a chance on this one with no reviews and to our surprise it’s the exact unit we were looking for but has been totally remodeled and is under new management. We loved it before for the location, comfort, and beach accommodations but now it is also BEAUTIFUL!!! The property management is friendly and helpful, which is a big deal. If I could change anything: the king bed is really loud so I kept waking up my baby just by getting in bed (then it creaks loudly any time you roll over or move at all really), but it’s a huge plus that there is even room for a pack n play in the bedroom. There was also enough space for a large octagon playpen in the living room so we didn’t have to worry about baby proofing. Our 7 yo slept comfortably in the hall bunk. All in all one of our best experiences in 10+ years of visiting Destin. We’ve already booked our next stay.

We loved the fact that this first floor unit is merely steps away from the beach. No elevator or golf carts needed. Condo is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. I also need to mention the great communication from the property managers. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was very clean. Everything was meticulously put together and well organized. We even had small bottles of shampoo and conditioner as well as soap provided for our convenience. We had plenty of bath towels and paper towels provided as well. We loved everything about our stay and will be back.

The condo was immaculate. The king bed and living room furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The ice maker was a nice bonus that we used often!I would recommend this property to friends and family. And I hope to book it again in the future!

The management team was extremely responsive and proactive in communicating details of our stay. The patio for this condo opens up to the beach, and the pathway to the beach is mere steps away. I spent a lot of time on the back patio despite being on the ground floor, it still felt relatively private. The location is within walking and biking distance from multiple cafes and restaurants. Just a warning, the wifi was a tad slow, and our phones got little to no service (Verizon and Mint Mobile) so don't expect to be able to work much. It's just a sign that you shouldn't be working at the beach :) I highly recommend this location.

This remodeled one bedroom condo (with hallway bunks as an awesome addition!) is sure to excite your family and offer a fun, yet safe place to kick back and enjoy the sunshine. Located in Destin, FL, where the water is turquoise blue, and our sand is whiter than any other beach, this vacation rental is a dream come true!
Being on the ground floor, you'll find this condo easily accessible, perfect for those that don't like long lines at elevators and having to trek up the stairs. The views are epic. Did we say, EPIC!? Sure did! As you venture inside, you'll be greeted with the sights and sounds of the beach at your back doorstep and will have gorgeous new sliding doors that open up to the magic. A green space awaits you off your back patio, perfect for coffee in the am, or even an October sunset that's to die for.
The kitchen has all the necessities you'd need - from a SMEG fridge, coffee station, blender, toaster, and more, there's no reason you should have to go out to eat (unless you just want to try some delicious local bites of course!) We have cookware, all the plates, silverware, and cups you'd need. We've seriously thought of it all!
Your master bedroom has a comfy new King bed, while the hallway bunks are Twin-over-Twin. There is one bathtub with two separate vanity and toilet rooms to offer you some extra privacy. A washer and dryer is available in the condo. You'll have super fast wifi, free parking for 1 vehicle max, and even a community pool where you can splash in to cool off on a hot day. The beach access is right outside your door, equipped with benches and even showers to get the sand off before you head back indoors.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
