Awesome ocean view! The building was very quiet and close to everything. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil imaginable. Loved the view from the balcony, you could see the dolphins playing in the surf. We loved walking on the beach and would definitely come back again!

This property was immaculate, linens were beautiful and the overall decor was very classy. The views from the balcony onto the beach were beautiful and relaxing….with wonderful sunrises and sunsets.
While this property is in a quieter part of Destin we enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants and shopping.. The surrounding properties were also very well kept as was this building. The building manager worked tirelessly to keep everything pristine.
We would definitely book this property again.

THE VIEW can't be beat. Great location, quiet yet in the heart of Destin. Watched dophins from the balcony. Perfect size for 2 couples. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. Fitness center was good. Too cold to use the pool as it wasn't heated. No hot tub. Elevators made strange noises. Overall, we hated to leave and will be back.

We loved staying in this condo - has some nice updates and plenty of room to spread out! The view is incredible, and the beach was not crowded like some other spots we have stayed at in Destin. The condo was super clean with nice furnishings - we will definitely be booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was wonderful and the location couldn’t be better. The complex was very quiet and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves each day. The condo had plenty of space for our family and we very much enjoyed our three nights here. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family get away. It was steps from the beach which made it very easy to come and go with young kids. Beautiful views and within a quick 5-10 minute drive to everything. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach can’t be beat. The price was excellent compared to the other places we looked at renting - and we looked at a lot! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. We also enjoyed going for walks on holiday isle and eating at Louisiana Lagniappe just down the street. One last plus for us was that there weren’t a lot of folks coming and going or being loud. It was nice and quiet. Overall a really great place to stay!

This is an amazing location! It is gulf front and on holiday island but NOT CROWDED! The complex is smaller so you share the beach with fewer guests. The unit is clean and bright and the view from the balcony can't be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room had plenty of seating. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated with new furniture and a comfortable king size bed. The living room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the jetties and Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant nearby. There were 2 elevators and we never had to wait. There was a washer and dryer on every floor, just outside the door to the condo. We can't wait to visit again and this unit will be our first choice!

With a private boardwalk and walkway, visitors have easy access to the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise is just footsteps away from your room. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use the charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal. Bring your camera as you will want to cherish these memories for a lifetime. If you are one who likes to never miss a workout, visit the fitness facility. This property is away from the busy highway, but within walking distance to grocery stores including Target and Winn-Dixie, entertainment, and excellent restaurants. Our unit is on the 7th (top) floor and the complex has two elevators. You could have delicious meals without ever leaving the island.
