The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The house has all the amenities that you require. The place is also right across from the beach so it is walkable distance as well. Plenty of great restaurants around. If you're into running, there is plenty of road to run beside the beach as well. Highly recommend the place and host. Would come back. Overall 10/10

Our family rented the Emerald Villa for the week. Both kitchens had everything that would be needed. It was spacious and no one fought for a bathroom. It's so close to everything that, when we needed take-out or fast run the store it wasn't a hassle. We loved it will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our ladies weekend at this clean, comfortable and bright home. The lake view is gorgeous & serene from the deck and through the big windows in the living room! The kitchen was bright & immaculate & had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable & beautifully decorated. We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach & Crab Trap. The parking area was super convenient, too! We definitely plan to return & highly recommend this to all our friends!

We normally stay in a condo but our family is growing so we decided to get a house this year. Now I have to admit, we will want to stay in a beach home from now own. Emerald Villa was just perfect for our family. We rented both units so we had more than enough room. This place was amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. The rental process was very simple. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the size of the back deck. It really does need to be extended so you can sit out there and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake without being so crowded. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful beach home!

My husband and I stayed in this villa for our honeymoon and were COMPLETELY blown away! Not only is this house on a gorgeous lake, with balcony views on both sides, it is just a short walk from the beautiful sugar white beach and the restaurant - the crab trap! As far as the house itself, the inside is beautifully decorated with adorable beach themed pictures, spotless couches, chairs, etc. Clean, organized and simple. Full kitchen, everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and fun stay. Washer and dryer too. We will absolutely be coming back!! Would recommend to anyone!

Great location! Tunnel to the beach was great. The House was so easy to get into and was just perfect. We were concerned about Hurricane Barry, so we weren’t able to arrive early or take advantage of any extra curricular activities the first day. We had a great stay!

We rented this property to share with 2 other couples and a single traveler while spending a long weekend in Destin. It was a great size for our group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms. Plenty of hot water and parking was great too! It was a short walk to the beach and The Crab Trap and a quick drive to Publix and other shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again any time!

My family took a girls trip to Destin, and loved staying in this property. The location was great—there is a small tunnel leading to the beach and it takes only a few minutes to walk there. The property was clean and the management was helpful. We had an issue with the disposal when we first arrived but within an hour someone came out to fix it. There was plenty of room for 6 people. We definitely want to come back!

House was great and roomy. Rented both units, upstairs and down for two family’s together. Great location and easy walking to the beach and Crab Trap restaurant. Crab Trap had great food but was pricey. Nice view of the ocean while we ate and they opened the window at our table. I believe this location is the best on scenic us98 where all the housing is along the beach. Farther down the road toward Sandestin it was really busy with people everywhere and a ton of condos. I’d stay here again at the Destiny Villas anytime. Pool was nice on the property too. Kitchens were well stocked and both had Keurig’s which were used everyday. The king bed in the master bedroom upstairs was pretty hard, the master bedroom downstairs has a lot more comfortable bed. I’d want a mattress topper added to the upstairs bed if I were to ever stay here again tho or a new mattress. Balconies facing the lake were great to sit and watch the turtles and fish while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Overall a great vacation and the water hose was nice outside to wash the sand off.

Rented the Emerald Villa 24 and really enjoyed the Villa. There were 5 adults staying here and the only negative I could say was the room with the two twin beds were not really suited for an adult male, other than that the Villa was perfect for our guys week fishing and golf trip.

GUEST ACCESS
? You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
? There are four spaces in front of the home that you may use to park. Four parking passes will also be inside the unit by the black binder on the counter.

? We have hand-picked a variety of top attractions in the area and given you one Free Fun Pass per day for each activity. You can use all or none of these activities each day, it’s completely up to you. Some attractions do sell out so be sure to book at your earliest convenience. Here's how to book:

BEACH SERVICE
? There is no FREE beach service but you are able to rent beach service via La Dolce Vita. If you wish to not cross the street to the beach, you can use the crab trap access tunnel to the beach.
POOLS / HOT TUB
? The community pool is located in the middle of all the units - the pool next door is not for guests of Destiny. The pool is heated from March 1st - the end of April. There is no hot tub at this property. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras.
PETS
? Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
? You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
? Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
? We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
? The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
? NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
? Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
