Aptly named for being "by a beautiful sandy beach,” this Destin luxury beachfront rental—Spiaggia Bella—is for the guest who delights in pure indulgence. When you enter the dramatic foyer, you’ll feel as if you stepped into a European chateau with its vaulted ceilings. The dramatic, winding staircase will immediately grasp your attention. However, an elevator will make transitioning from floor to floor more convenient. Not to be missed, because it’s quaintly tucked underneath the staircase, is a comfy trundle bed, perfect for secluded napping or a reading nook.

Six bedrooms and six and a half baths span the three floors, including a bunk room. Most bathrooms offer pure extravagance with walk-in showers, Jacuzzi tubs, and plentiful counter/sink space.

What’s most unique about this luxury rental is that it has two … yes, count them … TWO kitchens. The first is on the ground floor and would be perfect for a family with small children. However, the main kitchen is on the second floor. It features a gourmet chef’s dream with Viking appliances and a wraparound breakfast bar. Dining alfresco on the balconies is another option for guests, and a grill is provided.

Sink into the overstuffed chairs and sofas in the living area to enjoy flat-screen TV. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, but on the third floor, there’s a four-poster Plantation king that overlooks the Gulf. But it’s the third-floor primary bedroom that most will covet, with island-inspired décor and sliding-glass doors that lead onto the balcony. There are floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure glorious sunrises beckon you down to the shore. It also includes an efficiency kitchen. A chaise lounge enhances the seating area for complete relaxation.

As if being beachfront weren’t enough, you will also enjoy your own private pool. As part of the Destiny by the Sea community, you may use their community swimming area. This spacious outdoor reserve has a large pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and a shaded area for more intimate groupings.

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub.
