We had a great week.

We just finished a week’s stay at this amazing home. Our son got married on Veteran’s Day and our immediate family stayed together in this beautiful property. 23 of us fit comfortably in this home and enjoyed our time together. There was ample room for us to congregate and to escape for down time. I hosted a large dinner over the weekend for about 50 people and it worked perfectly. Blake is so great to work with. He is quick to answer any questions and help problem solve any issues, like parking for 50 people. We loved our stay and look forward to gathering together again in the future.

We had a group of 21 stay at this property and had a great time. It was great for large groups and each family we traveled with had their own bedroom. We loved the golf cart and the neighborhood amenities. The house is very close to the beach. I think the best feature of renting this house is the personal service from the owner, Blake. He was very responsive in the booking process and will any and all issues that came up.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipped for everything needed to make meals for large groups. Kitchen includes: Double Ovens, Stove, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine opener, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.
DINNING AREA: The dinning room has a large glass top table with driftwood base. (2) large custom benches on each side of table. Dining room table can sit (10-14)
POOL TABLE: Next to the living room is a grand 8' Brunswick pool table with chalk, balls, and sticks.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large 70" TV and is designed to seat large groups. There are (2) L -Shaped couches, a cozy rug + (1) coastal coffee tables.
BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: Considered the Master, this bedroom features a king bed, 2 night stands, dresser and a 42" TV. The master suite has bamboo ceilings and a private balcony with gulf views. This bedroom has a private grand master bathroom equipped with a jet bathtub and separate walk-in tile shower. This suite also has a sleeper sofa. This room accommodates (2)
