KITCHEN: The kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipped for everything needed to make meals for large groups. Kitchen includes: Double Ovens, Stove, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine opener, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.

DINNING AREA: The dinning room has a large glass top table with driftwood base. (2) large custom benches on each side of table. Dining room table can sit (10-14)

POOL TABLE: Next to the living room is a grand 8' Brunswick pool table with chalk, balls, and sticks.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large 70" TV and is designed to seat large groups. There are (2) L -Shaped couches, a cozy rug + (1) coastal coffee tables.

BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: Considered the Master, this bedroom features a king bed, 2 night stands, dresser and a 42" TV. The master suite has bamboo ceilings and a private balcony with gulf views. This bedroom has a private grand master bathroom equipped with a jet bathtub and separate walk-in tile shower. This suite also has a sleeper sofa. This room accommodates (2)

(We provide 10 wrist bands for access to the Community's amenities. There is an additional $15 per person above the age of 13 after the first 10 guest)

Groups under the age of 25 must be approved prior to booking. If approved, a $75 damage deposit will be required from each person plus you must purchase the 99$ CSA Insurance Policy.
