This custom home was built with attention to detail in mind. Enjoy sitting poolside in the furnished patio area while grilling dinner with your family on the private gas grill. The pool and backyard are tucked away amongst the tall palms and lush landscaping, perfect for maximum privacy.
Stepping in through the well lit entryway, guests will find a calming mix of bright and bold accents in a sprawling open floor plan. The generously appointed kitchen is equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, large center kitchen island with inlaid basin sink, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals! Enjoy a family movie night on the high wall-mounted flat screen TV while basking in the tranquil glow from the pool just out the large windows in the den. The crisp gold, white and grey accents exude serenity. The oversized dining room table has seating for 8 guests and an additional 3 barstools set into the island.
Sleeping arrangements located on the first floor of the home are spacious and inviting. The Master King Suite with oversized private bathroom features a large soaking tub, dual vanities and large walk in shower. The hallway between the bedroom and bathroom features a massive walk in closet with custom built shelving and racks for maximum storage space. There is a half bathroom in the living area completing this level.
Up the stairs up to the second level of the home you will find two additional King Suites (with shared Jack & Jill bath), a custom bunk room and the media area. The media area has a Pacman game table, tv and elegant swiveling chairs, perfect hangout spot for the kids!

Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Elevate Your Stay with Beach & Pool Games + Karaoke! Want to take your vacation up a notch Try our brand new partnership with beach games, Giant Jenga, Kan-Jam to start and then add in your favorite pool items like floating ping pong, pool volleyball or basket ball (Additional Fee's Apply). Golf Cart- This home features a brand new private golf cart to the home. You are able to rent the golf cart for $100 per day.
Pool Heat- We offer pool from October 1st - May 1st. The private pool can be headed for an additional $75 per day/$525 per week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay)
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
PARKING: Space for 2 Vehicles in the driveway, 1 additional vehicle in the garage. No RV's, Boats, Trailers, Campers permitted. No Street/Grass Parking per HOA.
