Backing up to the beautiful scenic 4 Prongs Lake, Bella Vita offers sweeping views of the lake and peaks of the Gulf Of Mexico from the top floor observation deck, all included in a 3,135 sq. ft. space! This tropical estate with a private pool is located within the exclusive gated community of Destiny West. Provided to guests of the community will be amenities such as the community pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. The famous sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast are a mere three minute stroll away. This public beach access is located at the delicious Crab Trap restaurant.
The tropical aura of Bella Vita greets you like a warm breeze upon entering this distinguished vacation home. The entrance, located on the second floor, opens up to a beautifully decorated living space with plenty of comfortable seating. By the living area is an open gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, and a dining space with a view overlooking the lake. Onto the balcony is a lounging area with a view of the pool and the Four Prong Lake. A hallway leads to the luxurious master King Suite. This elegant and fully-furnished bedroom is coupled with a large master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace.
For a breath of fresh air, follow the staircase up to the sun deck. This open deck is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful coastal sunrises and sunsets. Down on the first floor are two king bedrooms with their own personal flat-screen TVs. There is a King Suite with its own private bath and flat-screen TV. The cozy décor of these rooms will make Bella Vita feel like a home away from home! Also located on this floor is bunk room with 6 queen bed bunks. Connecting all the rooms together is a comfortable living room and a hallway leading to the entrance. Enjoy the comfort of your own private pool with plenty of lounge and picnic space.
Gather and enjoy stunning views of the sun setting on the beach from the third floor sun deck. Luxury and comfort meet in the gourmet kitchen and family room that opens to an outdoor balcony overlooking the pool, lake and ocean. Bring your fishing poles and fish in the lake right from this home! The spacious 20 x 10 kidney pool and lounge area are directly situated on the Western tip of Four Prong Lake. This is the perfect setting after a day on the beach to relax and enjoy a dinner cooked on the gas grill. Swim in the privacy of this spectacular pool into the late evening after the sun has gone down.
The entire coastal atmosphere of Bella Vita is relaxing for any occasion! Community amenities are available including a community pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis courts.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*This home requires a Saturday to Saturday rental during Spring Break and Summer Season.
* No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
*Golf Cart Rentals- Per Destiny West HOA, guests are allowed to rent golf carts through "Destin Elite Carts" ONLY. Please contact a Beach Reunion team member for more information if you'd like to rent.
*Weddings/Events not permitted at this home.*
*Tents/Canopies- are allowed on the public beach adjacent to the Crab Trap Seafood Restaurant & Bar.*
*Beach Chair Service: Available for Rent/Purchase through La Dolce Vita at the Crab Trap Seafood Restaurant.*
*PETS PERMITTED: $250 Per Pet; Max of 2 Dogs 25 Pounds or Less
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
