Magnificent Luxury Beach Home On Destin, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My family recently spent a week at this location. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was beautiful, clean and very accomodating for 22 guests. All the amedities were available The property was clean and very well-mantained. The beach location and access was excellent without the expensive price of the houses located directly on the beach. The beach is private which allowed us to just sit back, relax and enjoy. We have stayed at other locations in Destin and this by far was the best experience ever. All you need to bring is the food, swimsuits and beach towels. 

We absolutely love Villa Playa. We have stayed there 2 consecutive summers and hope to do it again next summer. Our families include 16 adults, 2 young adults and 4 kids under 12. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. The location is excellent. We were a short walk to the private beach and could easily go back and forth throughout the day. The house is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. We loved spending evenings relaxing on the patio listening to the ocean . I highly recommend!

Magnificent home and a fabulous location! We had an amazing time celebrating our wedding anniversary . This home had everything we could want, beautifully decorated and all of the appliances are new and fresh. The gourmet kitchen is huge with plenty of room for entertaining. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with private baths. The beach is easy to walk to just a couple hundred feet out the front door and there are several restaurants within walking distance (The Crab Trap is wonderful!) We will most definitely stay here again, great location to the beach, great location for biking and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful, can't wait to come back!

This is a fabulous house in a fabulous location! The house is very roomy and you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other. It has all the comforts of your own home. It is a very short walk to the beach! There are also some stores and restaurants within walking distance. They also have bicycles and beach chairs/toys for your use. This would be a great house for several families to rent together or for a big family reunion. The elevator makes it easy for elderly people to stay as well. We will definitely come back to this house!! I highly recommend this house!

What a perfect house!!! it is exceptional and had ALL of the amenities....gourmet kitchen, gas grill, comfortable beds, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, etc. House came with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, and an extra refrigerator! Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything you could want in a vacation home. There are several restaurants within walking distance and everything you want is nearby. Really loved being in a gated neighborhood with a pool and easy access to the private beach. We were very impressed and look forward to coming back.

Everything we needed was provided … great communication ! Will definitely book again. Location is fantastic, dock space for boating families is perfect , pool for relaxing after a day on the water .. the outdoor kitchen is perfect .. we cooked indoors once all week ! Thanks to the Roe’s and their phenomenal property managers for an awesome family vacation!!

This property was great. It was perfect for our family, there were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Some choose to relax on the deck and do nothing. We didn’t even need to leave the house once you got the groceries. We were glad there was an elevator for the grandmas. We did have to contact the house manager once and she was very quick to help us out. Very nice. I would recommend this place and would love to come back.

House is well furnished, maintained and super clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spent time cooking and enjoying the property. Watching the boats from the outdoor living room was a highlight! Property managers live nearby and were very responsive. This home is located in an upscale neighborhood and is great for families looking for a little space as well as a place to spend time together.

Our stay at the Dock House was fabulous. Best house we've rented in Orange Beach. The outdoor livingroom was our favorite spot. Dogs loved it too! Elevator was a life saver. We experienced no problems with it. Just followed the posted instructions which were very clear. Hope to return in the future! The owners & property managers were great to work with too; very nice folks!

Hosted the bridal party for our daughters wedding, a total of 14 people. The property worked out great for us as a home base. Plenty of hot water, AC worked well, mostly on heat during our stay. Ample kitchen space on main level. Master B/B very nice and on main level away from other bedrooms located on lower and upper levels.

We rented the place for some friends and groomsmen for my sons wedding. It was the perfect location. Plenty of room for everyone. The owner was easy to contact and allowed us to check in a little early. I would definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful well equipped house with wonderful outdoor kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and stores. Great pool and beautiful waterways behind the house. Has everything you need to stay and close to anything you would want to do. Would stay there again.

Very pleased. Beautiful house with exquisite views. We had to wait 2 hours to check in because the housekeepers weren’t finished, but otherwise it was a wonderful family vacation for 11 people. Curt was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We hope to return.
