A master bedroom suite in the heart of Destin, in the gated community of Dunes of Destin, walking distance to private beach, restaurants, Win Dixie, Target and bike paths. Large king bedroom with private bath, community pool and the most beautiful white sandy beaches. Our place is perfect for couples or individuals. This private room is located on the 2nd floor of a 6 bedroom 5 star luxury home, where the manager may be living downstairs and other guests may be staying in other bedrooms.

THE SPACE:
The private room with bath is 1 of 4 rooms on second floor that are made available to guests. Our goal is to provide an affordable, short term rental giving couples or individuals a chance to visit the beach without having to rent an entire house for a week. Sand Dune Delight is a non-smoking residence, no pets allowed.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Check in using a keypad and each room comes with a coffee cart with a coffee maker, coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee cups and a TV and a mini refrigerator.

The house is located inside a quiet, private gated community of luxury 5 star houses with strict rules for noise, parking and with a gated access to a private beach. There is one free parking spot per room in the driveway of the house.
