f you are wanting a beautiful condo overlooking the beach and 2 pools then this is it! In a great area, close to everything, perfect for a family or two couples. Martha is wonderful and accomodating and everything is very well taken care of. Sparkling clean, everything you could possibly need, even beach chairs and umbrella! If you haven't stayed here yet, you must give it a try. You will keep coming back over and over again!

410 is the second of Martha's condos that we have stayed at. She leaves no stone un-turned in regard to the comfort and decor of her condos. 410 is just a few doors down from the elevator and very convenient to parking, the beach, outlet mall and dining. The king bed was so comfortable that I didn't have that feeling at the end of vacation "I cant wait to sleep in my own bed". Our girls said the beds were comfortable as well in the 2nd bedroom. What you see in the photos truly is what you get. I can't wait for our next vacation in one of Martha's condos!

This is my 3rd yr staying at Martha's condo n every yr it just keeps getter BETTER!!!....EXCELLENT accomodations...cleaniness...great views....BEAUTIFUL DECOR...most COMFORTABLE BEDS ever...not to mention that Martha the owner goes above n beyond in making her guests feel at home ...this was my bucket list yr of taking my 3 grown daughers to Destin n they FELL IN LOVE with Destin n Martha's condo and we survived Tropical storm Alberto too...LOL..sooo..my husband n I will be back in Oct as this is how much we LOVE Destin n Martha's condo....next yr Martha...I will know how to work the washer n turn the ice maker on....LOL...so to end this review...I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit 410 n her other unit 600 for the BEST STAY EVER in Destin!!

We LOVED spending 2 relaxing weeks at Edgewater and found unit 410 had it all… a beautiful view of the beach and pools, and an immaculate and beautifully decorated interior that was SUPER clean. While we dined out much of the time, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner when we chose to stay in and chill on the patio with a glass of wine. Our evening walk on the beach was just a few steps away. We can’t wait to schedule our next getaway to unit 410. Martha, thanks for sharing your “home-away-from-home” with us.

This unit in very nice. Loved having the wash machine and dryer so handy. Unit was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the easy access from the unit to the elevators and beach.

We stayed here January/February of 2018 and was our first time staying at the Edgewater … we loved it! The location is terrific…..walking distance to: some restaurants, grocery and drug stores, easy access to the highway, directly on the beach and a fantastic view – can even see dolphins playing from the balcony. Unit 410 is beautiful, it is even better than what you see in the pictures. This unit is tastefully decorated, the furniture (including beds) is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully furnished and best of all it is very clean! Martha responds to any questions quickly, she wants to make sure that you have a good experience. Martha does a wonderful job of making sure you feel welcomed and at home. We have already made our plans to stay here next year.

Kitchen had everything you needed. Condo was decorated beautiful. In a good location.
Across street is Winn Dixie, 5 guys burger, KFC and Taco Bell.
We ate at Dewey Destins and Millers Ale House. Went to Brewsters ice cream 3 times.
Beach was very clean. Everyone was friendly. Felt at home there.

This condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Edgewater is perfectly located close to great shopping and restaurants. Martha, the owner, was a joy to work with and it's obvious she takes great pride in her unit. I would highly recommend and certainly hope to come back again next year!

This is our second yr staying at Martha's Condos n the first yr in 410...This condo is as beautifully decorated..sparkling clean..and accommodating as Condo 600....Martha is so easy to work with and answers all questions or issues within minutes of contacting her by phone or text. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE and LOVE the 60 in TV in living room area. We were here with Hurricane Irma threat n felt SAFE n NEVER heard any outside tropical winds due to the heavy Hurricane patio doors installed. I am sooo LOOKING FORWARD to bringing my 3 daughters here next spring as one of the things on my BUCKET LIST n know that they will be staying at a FIVE STAR CONDO!!!!...Thanks Martha for all you do to make your guests feel like they are at home in your LOVELY CONDO...will be looking forward to a CLOCK in the kitchen next yr...LOL...Thanks Again...your the BEST!!!!!

We stayed a week at the Condo and it was the best vacation we had in a long time.
The unit was updated, very nice, quiet and had plenty of room. The patio view on the 4th floor was excellent as we could see both pools and the beach. This property in general caters to families and retirees. It was very well maintained. We will be staying there again next year. The AC unit was nice and cold, water pressure in the showers was very strong. We used the washer and dryer in the unit several times and all of the appliances worked well. The best part was working with Martha. She called to see how things were going and you can tell she is very proud of her condo as she should be. I think she has another condo on the 6th floor and we hope to rent both of them next year at the same time and bring more of the family. I would highly recommend this condo. Once inside the gated property you are surrounded by lush gardens, tropical pools and white sand beaches that stretch for miles. Guests enjoy two huge pools (one heated during cooler months) and the other with a waterfall! There is a toddler wading pool, adult hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard, playground for children, basketball court and LOTS of green space for children and adults to play their favorite leisure sport.
