Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.
*Frangista Beach Homes - Only Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $750 event fee.

Up to 24 lucky Beach Reunion guests can enjoy the stunning private pool, luxurious and fully furnished kitchen, flat screen TV's and premium bedding when you stay on Shirah Street in Crystal Beach!
The first floor of this beautiful home features a large living room, dining area, full kitchen and laundry room. The sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa and bunk room with 1 queen over queen bunk and 1 full over full bunk. In the bunkroom are 2 desk nooks with a TV for some downtime before turning in for the night. The bedrooms have a large full bathroom shared with the main living areas. No details were spare in the stunning gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tumbled marble backsplash. The dining room seats 8 with 4 additional barstools nearby.
The second floor features two luxurious King bedrooms, one being the Master. Both bedrooms are spacious and inviting, and feature private bathrooms with tiled showers and a tiled jacuzzi tub in the Master. The King Master suite has a pillow top mattress fit for a good night's rest, then step out the French doors to your private balcony and soak up the morning sun and crashing waves with a cup of coffee. The second King bedroom also features a private balcony for ultimate morning or evening outdoor relaxation overlooking the pool and backyard.
The top floor features the "Seashell Room" with a queen bed, private balcony and shared common area bathroom. The third floor has a living/entertainment area with a wet bar, mini fridge and large flat screen TV. The sofa in the entertainment area is a queen sleeper sofa. The large rear balcony overlooks the pool and has beautiful gulf views, the perfect place to watch the Harbor fireworks, play cards or enjoy the salty breeze.
Step across the courtyard and 12 x 24 pool and 1000 Sq. Ft. of Paver Deck to the Cabana House! The Cabana House includes a private King bedroom with a dressing vanity and private lockout entry. The queen over queen bunkroom shares a large full bathroom with the King bedroom. This carriage house features all the quaint amenities for the smaller group of the family looking for max privacy to relax from the hustle and bustle!

**This property can park FOUR vehicles, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**
*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.* No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 100 steps!
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: guests are able to rent through the dedicated beach service vendor on Shirah Street OR through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*

POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
