This house was fantastic. The kitchen had all you'd need. This house was everything we were looking for and more. Four generations and there was something for everyone.

I may regret this review as this house is a true hidden gem. So many amenities....such a beautiful space! Everything about it screams....calm down...relax....enjoy! The service from out host...Julie...was nothing short of outstanding. So responsive and super helpful. It truly was the best vacation we have had in 7 years. House - beach - beach - house and repeat!

Very good experience. Best property we have ever rented in Destin. The property manager is awesome. Every time I wrote an email or sent a text I received a reply almost immediately.
There is nothing I do not like about the house. Guest room Is perfect for anyone who wants a little more privacy. Open the balcony, walk 4 steps and you are in the pool.
The backyard and swimming pool area is like a resort. 20 people can be there and you will never feel crowded. I absolutely loved this property and the attention of the property manager. 100 percent recommended

This house is as billed! We had 14 adults (family) and had no issue with space. The house has everything you need and then some. Since there are restrictions, we were able to easily make meals at the house. Julie is extremely easy to work with and very responsive. HIGHLY recommend.

Where do I start? This home is beautiful, well maintained and was clean when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of dishes/utensils. The private beach area is two minutes away and kept very clean. There’s coffee shops, ice cream, wine shops, souvenirs etc... I really liked that this whole area felt very family oriented and safe at night. We walked to the beach in the late evening and went shopping after it cooled off and never had any issues. The crown jewel of this home is the pool and outdoor kitchen/sitting area. We had the pool heated and swam until the wee hours every night. The colored lights and fountains at night really thrilled the kids. The gradual steps in the shallow end are perfect for toddlers to sit and play. We rented this home because of the pool and we were not disappointed. We had a small maintenance issue arise during our stay and it was handled immediately. We’ve just returned home and our grandchildren are begging us to take them back to “their” pool. Can’t wait until next time:):). Thanks Julie for everything.

We just stayed the week at this beautiful property and hated to leave! The manager was amazing (she checked in and gave us a few tips and made instructions easy), the property was spotless, the amenities were all included and the patio and pool were to die for. Its literally one very short block from the beach. We have already started to check dates to revisit! Thank you!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Oasis beach house and absolutely loved it!  This home is truly a home and is well appointed with everything that you and your family/friends could need while on a vacation!  I went with my family to celebrate our grandmother’s birthday, and it was perfect!  The home itself is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 20!  We never felt crowded and everyone loved having their own bathrooms for each bedroom.  There are 2 washer and dryers, which makes it great for large groups!  The beds are so comfortable, and the bedrooms are very spacious!  I was also impressed with the makeup mirrors found in each bedroom.  It was all these little touches that just added to our stay!  While the home inside is so fabulous and feels like a luxury hotel, the outside living area is even more spectacular!  I could not believe the amount of space that is out there!  We stay in the Frangista Beach area often and have never seen an outdoor space that is so large, well equipped, and so comfortable!  There is a gas fireplace with gas lanterns by the flat screen tv and plenty of comfy seating if your group wants to watch your favorite sports team, or it’s a great space to let the kids watch tv while the adults gather nearby at the outdoor kitchen.  There is a large island with plenty of space to lay out appetizers or do meal prep while using the gas grill. 
The pool is the diamond in the crown of this home.  It is huge! It is a saltwater pool; with multicolored lights we could turn on for night swims!  Our little ones really enjoyed the fountains that can be turned on at the sides of the pool. We paid to have it heated which was perfect for the cooler weather.  We probably spent much of our vacation gathered outside in and out of the pool, playing games, eating, cooking, laughing and just making memories!  There are outdoor Sonos speakers so we could listen to our favorite music while we were outside!
It is only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach!  The beach has a private gated entrance and is so close to the house.  The owners even provided a couple of beach wagons to carry your beach stuff!
We have all decided that this is the place for all of our future family vacations!!  We cannot wait to return!

This property is the nicest home we have ever rented.  The outdoor area is huge and even in January, it was our favorite place to be.  We cannot say enough great things about this property and Julie, the property manager.  It was a fabulous get-away! We will be back!
