For the initial down payment, a minimum of 1/3rd of the total is required. We accept any major credit/debit cards or can do an electronic check-by-phone. For any payment made after the down payment, we do require a check, check-by-phone or money order. Within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly.

Imagine for one moment your perfect beach vacation home and imagine that you can be on “Island time” for as long as you please. We hope “Wintertide” comes to mind when you picture your perfect coastal retreat, it is sure to leave you feeling salty in all the right ways. This beautifully maintained home in Frangista Beach (Miramar Beach, FL) boasts sleeping arrangements for 22 guests, an elevator, a beautiful private pool and outdoor summer kitchen, hardwood flooring and ceilings, rich mahogany and wicker accents throughout and enough space to make memories to last a lifetime.
Upon entry on the first floor, relaxation and clean lines await you with an entertainment and dining area. Enjoy the spacious and airy game room with a billiards table, a large flat-screen television, wet bar with wine refrigerator and a granite island with colorful stools—the perfect spot for a cookout, board games or cards. Also on the first floor are two beautiful guestrooms. The first is a light-flooded king suite, and the second is a bunk room with two sets of built-in, twin-over-twin bunk beds which feature privacy curtains for each bunk. Guests in these two rooms can utilize a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower and a 70’s style dual sink/vanity.
On the second/main floor, you’ll find a very open concept floor plan in which the kitchen, main living area and the dining room flow seamlessly together. Relax on the oversized plush leather couches and recliner and make it a movie night. The kitchen is for the chef at heart and is just like cooking at your own home. Enjoy the large granite island, top of the line stainless steel appliances and multiple gas burners on the large range top. When dinner time comes, you’ll have two large dining tables providing seating for all to enjoy family meals together. This floor features two king suites—one offering a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower, and the other featuring a private bathroom with a shower and separate spa tub.
The third and final floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a gorgeous master king suite with private bathroom with a shower and spa tub. The other two sleeping quarters are a king suite with private bathroom with a glass-front shower and a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The fourth floor observation deck offers stunning Emerald Coast views, perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
At the end of a fun beach day, enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen featuring a spacious stone pool deck, lounge chairs, an inviting hot tub, and a large crystal clear private pool which can be heated seasonally from October 1 to May 1. The outdoor kitchen features a large, built-in gas grill, a sink, and plenty of space for food prep. Guests can relax nearby on the outdoor sofa and loveseat and be entertained by the large, wall mounted flat-screen television.
This home is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the sugar white sand beach and coastal emerald waters, which promise to wash away your cares. Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals - We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you’re familiar with this area you know from past vacations they’re popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you won’t have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Free beach chair service included annually, from March 1st - October 31st.
Bicycles - 4 Adult Bicycles are provided between March 1 and October 31st Annually! Take a ride down Scenic Highway 98 and Enjoy the Sunshine.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
