Recently renovated throughout, this charming beach themed unit exemplifies the Destin Beach lifestyle with comfort and convenience in a prized location. Situated across the street from the beach in the highly sought after Crystal Beach neighborhood, this unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ground floor unit that sleeps 6. The unit has a Queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the recessed hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with a large WiFi flat screen TV. This condominium also boost a stackable washer and dryer and its own private access to the community swimming pool. Beach Service is NOT included with this unit.
Grand Caribbean East also provides a hot tub and a grilling area for guests and is just minutes from Destin Commons, great local restaurants and Whole Foods Market. Consider this your invitation to come relax and get away from it all… Grand Caribbean East 105 is waiting for you!
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
