This home is built on the sand. You cannot get any closer to the water unless you are on a boat!

Walk to FOUR restaurants and beach bars. The Crab Trap, Pampano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's. Presently a coffe shop is being built across the street with a roof top cafe.

There is so much to do: Shopping, The Outlets, Dolphine excursion, Pirate Ship Excursion, Crab Island, Rent a pontoon, Floating Tiki huts, Helitcopter Rides, Banana boats, Seadoo, Deep sea fishing, many golf courses, Feed and hold baby alligators at Fudpuckers, The Fish Bowl for bolwing, movies, entertainment, water park, amusement rides, The Gulfarium, Harbor Walk, Baytown, nightly fireworks in season, rent bikes, mopeds, golfcart, dune buggy and so much more. 

Plenty of grocery stores, Publix, Winn Dixie, Sprouts, Walmart Super store, Whole Foods .

Each home owns their own beach-like a backyard. Your beach is not shared with a community or a complex it is just for you and your guests! Your beach is from corner to corner of your beach deck down to where the public walks along the water.  Large enough to set up sun chairs, a tent, and play games-volleyball, corn hole, paddle ball, etc. We provide 4 beach chairs and one umbrella which are stored on the deck for you use. We provide the phone number for beach service if you would like to hire chair and umbrella service..

Watch the dolphins go by from this very spacious home which is almost 3000 square feet and extra wide. It is NOT like a normal townhome or a condo because it is extra wide with AMAZING views from all three floors.

3 beach decks. 1 master deck, the main deck off of the main living room, and the oversized beach deck on the beach level which is so big it has room for a large table that seats 16 people, and a sitting area under the covered area along with the open air for sunning in the lounge chairs. All decks are a part of this home and NOT shared with a complex or community.

Park in the two assigned spaces that each hold two cars (4 cars total bumper to bumper) are right outside of the front door. Two steps to the front door. Enter this home to the two story foyer which brings you into the open living area with a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views through the huge windows. See the views from all areas of the living area and kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on this level which is great for one small adult or children.Shorter custom full size bed. There is a full bath on this level. Step onto the main deck from the main level  overlooking the beach and water where we have a dining table with an umbrella and some high top chairs to view the beach and water. The living area has two queen sleeper sofas.

From the foyer head upstairs where there are two master bedrooms (king beds) each with their own full bathroom. One is street side the other is beach side.Take a bath or shower in the beach side master while seeing the views of the Gulf or lay on the bed with your head on your bed pillow looking at the water!  The beach side master has a beach deck right out of the bedroom! There is 3rd full bath at the top of the stairs on this level.

From the main level are interior stairs or off of the main deck are exterior stairs which brings you down to the beach level. The exterior steps are great for privacy gfor those sleeping on the beach level.The beach level has an open living area with with a l2nd living room and an additional fully stocked kitchen which is great for two families to have privacy or for older children to separate from the adults for peace and quiet. The beach level kitchen is great for the ease of dishes access to an oven and cooktop for when eating on the beach deck and when grilling on the beach deck. This level is great for an elderly person that wants to feel as though they are on the beach but cannot go on the sand. You feel like you are on the beach when you are on the beach deck since it is built on the sand and so close to the water.They have all the living space plus the beach deck without any steps once you are on that level.

The beach level also has one full bath and two bedrooms plus laundry area. 1 bedroom is a custom bunk what we designed with extra headroom and with only a twin on top in case two adults wanted to use it and not feel as though they are sleeping on a bunk- bottom bunk is a queen size bed. The other bedroom is a queen bed. The living area has one queen sleeper sofa.

From the beach level kitchen walk out onto the oversized beach deck (30 feet by 21 feet in size). The beach deck is unique to Destin for its size and because you get a covered/shaded area which has a large dining table that seats up to 16 along with a sitting area plus this deck has an open area for sunning with lounge chairs. There is one propane grill on the deck.

This home has become for so many their beach home year after year where such fabulous memeories have been made. Some people bring their own folding table, chairs, and battery opertated torches and do dinner right on the beach with their feet in the sand with the moon lighting up their table to the sound of the Gulf rolling in, They also will take their beach chairs down to the edge of the water late at night sitting under stars. But it is just as easy to hang out on the decks in your jammies in the morning having coffee or late night drinking wine with the stars above and the sound of the Gulf rolling in.

When inquiring or booking you only work with one person, me, Kimberly :-) unless ther is an emergency then you would be working with my daughter Emily. This takes a lot of confusion and run around out of the picture for you to not have to deal with a large company and mutliple people.
