This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has proximity to everything needed to make your vacation great. Gulf Terrace is a gated community with three pools, a fishing pond, and tennis courts. 

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the enclosed lakeside porch has a full bed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen mattress, so the condo comfortably sleeps six people. Two bathrooms make getting ready for the day easy. Amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, two televisions and Wi-Fi are included.

Our condo is located in the heart of Destin, making it accessible to many locations. June Decker Public Beach (must cross busy Hwy 98) is an eight-tenths of a mile walk. Henderson Beach State Park (with public beach access for a small fee) is only two miles away. A water park and go kart tracks are two blocks from the condo.

Gulf Terrace is a gated, family-friendly condo community that has vacation rentals and full-time residents. The gates are closed at all times making safety and privacy a priority for all residents.

There are other short-term rentals in our building, and you can hear the guests in the unit above. Please contact us or property management if there is loud noise after 10 P.M.
