In the past year, we have remodeled both tub/shower enclosures with new tile and have installed new fixtures and power vents in both bathrooms. The unit has been freshly painted throughout. Plantation shutters have been added to all windows. All windows and the sliding door have been replaced with new vinyl units. New polywood balcony furniture. Two new power recliners and a new queen sofa bed (arriving late April) in the living room. New 50” TV in the living room and new TV in one bedroom. Three new Blu-ray DVD players. New smooth top range, microwave and dishwasher. Keurig Elite coffee brewer. All carpeting removed from bedrooms and replaced with luxury vinyl planking. Ceiling fan and light added to second bedroom. New clock radios with Bluetooth features added to both bedrooms.
