This is our first visit to Destin for our family of four. This condo was amazing! The views and access to the beach were perfection. The moon shone directly over the water in front of us and we loved sitting out on the balcony, listening to the waves, every chance we got. Renting the chairs were never an issue and something we didn’t even think about was the fact that this condo is not huge. This means less people on the beach and never really waiting long for an elevator. The owners were very communicative and helpful and when we come back for another vacation to Destin, we will stay here, there will be no other place for us except for this one. Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! The views are amazing and the condo was exactly what we needed for a getaway weekend with girlfriends. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking (which we did for most meals). The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend this to others and we hope to stay again in the future!

The view is INCREDIBLE! This condo is so well cared for! It was great for ourselves, three kids and my mother. We had everything we needed for a week long stay! We only had to leave the condo if we felt necessity and everything was such a short drive away (even in that icky 4th-of-July week traffic). The condominumium building is in a nice, central location. The beach area itself is private to the hotel and there is a monitor who verifies that everyone is a guest or owner at the building, which keeps it uncrowded feeling. The building itself has maintenance people who take great care of tending to the gas pits daily and cleaning up the pool and making sure that guests are safe and cared for. Hosts were excellent, communicative and so helpful. We hope to be back next summer — or sooner!

We just returned from our vacation at Jade East 920. Everything was perfect! We especially liked the keyless/careless entry, the amount of space and the very large balcony! We planned a last minute trip right before Christmas! Jackie responded to a post of mine offering her home! What a lucky find! The location was perfect! The decor makes you feel beachy plus and the windows in the living room as well as the bedroom are most incredible! A part on my brakes went out and had to be ordered so we got stuck for 2 more nights and Jackie was very accommodating! Her home is clean and wonderful!!!

Evenings on the balcony overlooking the beach are very relaxing. The location includes a great pool and outdoor grills if you want a break from the snow white sand and clear warm gulf waters. We will stay in this unit again!

We rented this for a group of 9 women for a bachelorette celebration. Everyone slept comfortably and the condo felt spacious for all of us. Destin was so much fun, and the condo was in the perfect location for a short uber or walk to anywhere we needed to go. The beautiful beach is right outside the door and stayed pretty empty, even during high season. The view from the condo is great and we watched the sunset from the balcony most nights. I would definitely stay here again!
