A+++ property. Clean. Easy access. Private beach area. Ac works great. Nice update TVs. Kitchen stocked with needed items for cooking. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels. Will be back! For future guests make sure you understand you can only access the condo parking lot from Scenic Gulf Dr not through Emerald Bay Gate. GPS wanted to take us that way every time. There are only stairs down from the pool deck down to the beach so if you can’t do stairs or if you’re bringing a cooler or wagon keep this in mind.

Leeward Key 705 was perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, as well as ideal location overlooking the gorgeous beach. Some local restaurants close enough to walk, but overall, regular use of a car is necessary. (VRBO Review)

The condo had all the accommodations that we needed to make our stay perfect. The two best things were the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach/ocean, and the beachside pool. An added nicety was having the two beach chairs and umbrella for our daily use. The beach attendant was very accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed the condo and the location was central to everything. We stayed for 2 weeks. When I had a concern or question the communication was prompt and helpful. The condo and building were very clean. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have more hangers. My only other complaint would be the air ventilation in the workout room. I was impressed with the equipment but the airflow was hit or miss. More fans or at least have the fan not on a motion sensor so it can run continuously. Would recommend the condo and property to other for sure. (VRBO Review)

Great location, nice view, beautiful beach.

Loved the area, view, condo, beach set up, pool.... Will stay again! Several restaurants within walking distance. Relaxing environment. Well appointed/decorated.

This unit was great. It was in a great location to everything we needed and wanted to do. We didn’t use the pool this day, but having a pool with a beach view was great! We hope to return in the spring!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of having a pool at the beach. Our condo was updated and decorated very nicely. We will definitely be back.

We had such a great time, the minute we walked in the condo we felt right at home, it was such a nice condo and the neighborhood around the condo seemed very well maintained we were very impressed, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The elevators were close and fast. And it was a hop skip and a Jump to the beach.

Best vacation me and my family have ever had. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and very clean! The location and the beach was amazing! We will definitely be back and can’t wait!

This was the perfect place for my family.. The condo was beautiful the view was breathtaking every morning ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. loved having the chair rentals huge plus for us..❤️ The walk in shower was amazing felt as though we were at a spa.. Only suggestion maybe freshen the large rug in living room and have a few containers with lids, I cooked while we were home away from home:: Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!!❤️

It is always scary renting an unfamiliar place, but this condo lives up to everything listed and more. Check in is a breeze with the code provided by the owners. The condo is well decorated and very comfortable. The shower is fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked, if you are going to do much cooking (we were on vacation so we did very little cooking). Access to the beach is very easy. Was a little concerned about having to cross the street but it is a piece of cake. There is a cross walk and most traffic stops to allow for crossing. Sitting on the balcony is pure heaven. The place is very quiet. Only noise from others was an occasional chair upstairs. At the time we stayed, pets were allowed but the rules may be changing by the HOA which will prohibit us staying there again, BUT if pets were again allowed we would definitely stay here again . Lovely home away from home!

Perfect location for a family vacation!

This is a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The view from the condo is fantastic!

Condo was beautiful, well stocked and excellent location. Views are fabulous. First time traveling with our dog and it was a great experience. 100% would come back!

This is a great condo! The bedrooms were so nice and relaxing- beds are super comfy! The location of the condo is perfect. Not only is it right next to the beach but shopping and food is also close by. Also, any questions we had were promptly answered by the owners. We will definitely want to stay here in the future!

The Location, the property, the decor, the attention to detail, the view and so much more made this vacation perfect. Both the master and guest rooms were nice, and both bathrooms too! This place was the perfect get away for me and my family. We didn’t have to fight too much traffic in the Miramar area and the private beach with chair service was excellent! I definitely will come back here again.

We had a great experience staying at the condo. It’s newly updated, open and clean. The location is great, the beach wasn’t as crowded as some of the others, the elevators were quick and we were located close to everything. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of quickly. I would definitely stay again!

Condo was very nice & clean. Location is great! Walking distance to 2 restaurants near by. Access to the private beach plus the 2 chairs & umbrella was awesome! The only downfall was we have a 2 year old & there wasn't a deadbolt on the front door, so he could easily open the door.

Have been traveling to Destin for almost 30 years, so we’ve stayed at a lot of properties. We are very particular about where we stay. We want perfection, or as close as we can get. This property, Leeward Key 705, was as close to perfection as we’ve seen. Gorgeous inside and out, spotless inside, high end furniture and bedding. The mattress felt exactly like mine at home, firm and high end. Slept soundly every night, and I’m an insomniac. Two large bedroom, two king beds, two large bathrooms. Kitchen high end, tops and floors gorgeous. No carpet! Yay! The building itself is immaculate along with the grounds. Lightening fast elevators x 2. Unit is right across from the elevator. Solid thick walls. We never heard anything from neighbors. It’s a quiet, peaceful, well maintained property. There are vending machines and a spotless workout room with high end equipment. Kudos to Renee and Laura for being right there always, just a text away from the moment we checked in until we left. Thank you both for making our stay spectacular. We were even able to rent an extra night at last minute so we could arrive Christmas night. 8 glorious nights! Will definitely be back here. Don’t miss out on this property. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, ice and water dispenser and fabulous coffee pot and pet friendly. Our dog was sooooo happy and relaxed, and he tends to get nervous at times. Also, Publix delivery if you are a member of Instacart, which I am. What a bonus to have groceries delivered.

Convenient to excellent restaurants and grocery! Beds and pillows are very comfortable which is surprising for a rental! Would stay here again!

Condos was beautiful and well equipped. Beach was outside front door, two outdoor pools, great parking. We were here in slow season and it was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable and lots of pillows. Weather was cold for the area, but the whole country was cold! We would return to this condo again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with everything during our stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The condo is very nicely decorated. Our one day that we had to stay in all day (due to hurricane Nate) was enjoyable as well. We just played cards and watched Netflix. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We are already hoping to book here again next year. 

Incredible view! Condo was wonderfully comfortable and beautifully decorated. Views were stunning! Already looking forward to booking again. 

The apartment is beautifully decorated and right across the street from the beach. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Close to great restaurants and outlets! 

The condo was very nice and clean. it was so great being able to take our dogs and the kids loved the pool and beach! The building is in a great location. A very casual restaurant next door as well as captain Daves that is more upscale. Both with in walking distance. Even though we were across the street from the beach we never felt that was an inconvenience. It's a very short walk and you have a fantastic view from this unit!

Outstanding experience and time!!

It was decorated beautifully. Very clean. Even though it's across the street it seems to be on the beach bescause when you open the balcony door there is the beautiful ocean. Restaurants are so close you can walk. The weather was ugly the week we were there. Double red flags and lots of rain. That's the only thing bad and it couldn't be helped. Beautiful master bedroom view of ocean as well. On the rainy days was able to watch my Netflix on the huge tv screens. Also my 15 yr old fur friend loved it...she even seemed relaxed:) Hope we can rent it again, hopefully not on a rainy week!

Beautiful condo, just like the pictures show! The view of the ocean is fabulous, saw dolphins almost daily from the balcony! The location is perfect with great food within walking distance. Having a beach umbrella and 2 chairs with the room was a huge plus also. We loved that we could bring our "furry" senior family member. The owner always quick to respond to emails with easy check in/out processes. Having codes instead of a bunch of different keys made it so hassle free. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Destin!

Great condo rental find in our favorite area of Destin! Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is perfect with great food within walking distance and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We loved the condo! - it was beautiful just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony (which we ate breakfast every morning on) and the master bedroom - what a way to wake up every day! We thank you for your unit being pet friendly as our little dachshund always travels with us . We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for easy booking and great communication.

This condo really does feel like a home. It is decorated in a stylish and modern way, with new appliances. The view from the balcony is perfect, you look directly to the ocean and those perfect crystal waves. The check in/check out process is so easy, there is no paperwork or standing in line at the business office. You simply go to your condo, punch in the key code from the last email you received and you are set! The condo comes with 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella set up every morning-don't forget to tip the chair guys :) We saw dolphins from our balcony and at our chairs twice during the week. It is truly a paradise come true, we will definitely be coming back to stay!
