Rental Policies:
Advance of $500 required at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for weekly rentals. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival for winter monthly rentals.
We do not rent to students under the age of 25. All members of the group must be over 25 or accompanied by parents.
Cancellations prior to 60 days will be refunded all but $100 of the advance payment. After 60 days, we do not refund. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit was spacious, nicely furnished, and had all the amenities you could need. The view from this unit cannot be adequately captured from any pictures. It is breathtaking! The easy access to the be was amazing, beachside pool and beach service was very nice. This is our third year in a row in Destin at three different condos, and this was by far the best experience. I would highly recommend.

Our stay at Leeward Key 603 was absolutely perfect. We don’t have a single complaint. I am a clean freak and always bring cleaning supplies when we travel-there was nothing to clean here! Spotless! Everything worked as it should have, and we had everything we needed to get started on our stay. I know it should not matter what the place looks like because the beach is so beautiful but , this room was so updated it made me feel like I was in a 5 star resort . The owner was great they let me know all of the need to knows about check in and made it simple I will definitely stay here again ….

Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from the condo. Loved the heated pool which looks out over the beach. Easy access to the beach and loved being able to walk to eat lunch or supper at Kenny D’s. Weather was perfect. Look forward to returning!!!

Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From check in to check out we had a fabulous time! The condo is well decorated and very modern. The pictures do not do justice!! Would definitely recommend!!

We were very pleased with how clean the unit was and that it was exactly as we expected from the pictures and reviews. The front pool, on the beach, is heated to 85 degrees and was very nice!! The building was quiet and everyone we met was very friendly. Kenny D's next door is a definite stop! Their wine is $3 a glass during happy hour!! Would love to come back here again, but dogs will no longer be allowed after September, bummer!! Our goldendoodle, Tucker, loved the condo, especially laying out on the balcony watching all the dogs go by down below.

My wife thought a new adjustable shower head would have been nice for somewhat tender (sun burned) skin, she felt like she was being sandblasted.That was reallyour only suggestion. The outdoor furniture needed replaced and was accomplished before we left with a very nice new set.Communication with the owners was very good..

Loved the location of this property! It was close to everything we wanted to do, and could not beat the view. We arrived an hour early and since we had our dog with us, we contacted the owner in hopes the unit was ready. She was easy to get ahold of and quick to get back to us. We have stayed at Leeward Key several times and this was our favorite unit so far! It was spotless! The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable and the decor was very nice and updated. It had everything we need and more and as always it was just a couple of minutes walk to our chairs on the beach. The view from the master suite and living room was priceless.
