The unit was perfect. With two families with girls ages 5-11, this was ideal for us. The two older girls shared the bunk room and they loved having their own space. The rooms were big enough to put a full size air mattress in for the 6 year olds and still be able to move around in. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed. The first floor was a must for us so the kids could walk in the grass and play, dry sand toys, towels etc. Loved how they had 2 pools on the property and it was an easy walk to both of them. In my opinion, the best part was the location. We could still walk to many restaurants but was far enough away from the crowded areas. The beach staff was awesome as well! They offered to help carry our wagon each morning! We are already planning our trip for next spring break. (VRBO Review)

From booking to departure was a seamless process. The Listing was as described. We appreciated being able to bring our little dogs. The location was amazing so close to the beach, Having the beach chairs available to us on the beach was fabulous! Well equipped kitchen and unit. Would stay again! Loved the area and the property. Renee was excellent in helping me with the check in process. I had missed placed the check in email and when I messaged her she replied right away on a Sunday afternoon with the instructions. The property was clean and well-kept and I would go there again.

The condo was wonderful and the management company were very nice. We evacuated from Louisiana for hurricane Ida and were so happy to have such a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely tell my friends what a great place it was. Thanks again.

The apto is full equipped with all kitchen items plus some beach items. It is very close to beach. There is a big deck with stairs to arrive to beach, so wagon maybe not the best solution. But since it is almost in front of beach, we didnt have any trouble to return to apto with tired kids. Wonderful experience. We will return

We so enjoyed the 3 bedroom condo, 1108. It was like hanging out in a family room. So comfortable and worry free. The location was great and we were at the beach every day. It was just as close as walking to some pools when we’ve stayed in hotels! So grateful for the pools in the property- as our beach swim time was not as planned due to riptide conditions. Would definitely stay again.

This condo fit our needs perfectly when we needed to bring our dog along on vacation. The first floor location was convenient being able to walk right outside to take the dog out and not having to go up the steps or elevator. The whole Marvalla property is very dog friendly, which was great for us, but may be a negative for someone who doesn’t enjoy being around dogs. We liked being able to walk to many restaurants and shops and having the beach service provided was very convenient! The beach attendants were great! Visiting the panhandle in March is always risky so it was nice having the heated pool and hot tub available for chilly days. Check in was very easy and we appreciated all the information that was sent to us ahead of time. We had a great visit!

The place was nice and clean just had few things not working or working properly. We all had a great time there.

Nice complex- work out room dated but courts and pools were nice and access to the beach was perfect- space in the house was great for a family of 4

Maravilla has a dedicated beach area which makes it a great place to stay. The condominium had everything we needed. It has plenty of space. Knowing that the pandemic has affected the travel industry, 1108 could use some paint and door repairs. We assume the owners will tend to it in the off season. This was our second stay in the unit in the last two years.

We stayed at this amazing condo from 8/1-8/8. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than what we got. The weather was perfect the whole time we were there and the beach was amazing. The walk to the beach was just a couple hundred steps and we made it many times. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were very helpful with the small children( though I do suggest you get there early, as the good spots go quickly). The pools were amazing and the kids loved them as much as we loved the beach. The beds were very comfortable and I fell in love with the pillows (need to find out the name brand and size). I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in this area and we plan on coming back soon. Next time we are staying for 2 weeks though

This property is very spacious- 2 large bedrooms with comfortable King beds and 1 smaller bunk room with a double bottom/twin top bunk bed. The kitchen is well stocked and the living areas are comfortable and spacious for a family or two. The condo is a very short walk to the beach- maybe 2 minutes from the door to the sand. The property also has a private beach entrance and an awesome chair/umbrella service. The two pools are well maintained and a happy break from the beach when you need it. The complex is very pet friendly and this ground floor unit was excellent for convenience with dogs. I would highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a great stay in Destin!

We were looking for a pet friendly condo and this one was perfect. Ground floor, grass and a pet area close. We did have a problem with the dryer but it got fixed a few hours after we reported it. Nice beds, comfortable couch, and beautiful beach near by. Can’t ask for much more.

Loved the layout of the condo and loved that they allow pets. Being on the first floor was a plus. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Property managers were quick to address some electrical issues that popped up. Being us we kept up the cleaning of the condo while we were there for a month washing floors and vacuuming as we do at our own home. Walking in area is great and some nice restaurants were close by. Love McQuies Irish Pub – a must to visit. Went back a few times! The beach is wonderful and we enjoyed walking in the sand.

Had everything we needed for a great thanksgiving get away! Very quiet- dog friendly- great WiFi- tv had plenty of options- heated pool was awesome even on cold days. Beach was a short walk- great restaurants in the area. Would recommend!

This home was great for us it was very clean and comfortable. It accommodated all of our needs. The ground and floor was very helpful for our pet. Both pools we’re just a short walk and the beach as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I think reviews are so helpful when deciding on purchases, lodging, etc. I’m bad about not leaving reviews but I wanted to leave one to help anyone out that wants a recommendation on the condo. We loved it!. It was my husband, me, my 11 year old nephew and my 15 year old niece that visited for the weekend. The condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The decor was very nice and had a “beachy” vibe. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths. My nephew absolutely loved the bunk room. My niece loved the room decorated with the fish. She loved having her own bathroom,being a teenager she thought that was so cool!  [🙂]  The complex has 2 pools which was nice because you could choose the one less crowded. This condo is on the ground floor but not ocean view (which I knew it wouldn’t be) but the view is nice and the patio was nice to sit on in the evening. The walk to the beach isn’t bad either. Hit the sidewalk and cross the street and you’re there. They offer beach service, 2 chairs and an umbrella. The beach attendants were very helpful. The location is perfect. Close to the airport, restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. It was quiet, we didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! I definitely recommend staying here!

As a former owner in Maravilla, it was great to come back to the complex and visit. This unit is close to both pools and has parking right out front. Our stay in this unit was comfortable and nice. The kitchen has been updated and appropriately decorated. The master bath could use some touching up, but all the beds are comfortable and relaxing. The bunk room has a full size bed on bottom, easy for an adult to sleep on. Thanks for having us. We’ll be back again soon.

This is a great place to stay. The condo was equipped with everything excepted the food (lolol). It is centrally located and my family loved it. The booking process was very easy as well. I would recommend it. 

This is an excellant ground floor condo. They are pet friendly. This is my third stay here and I plan to return.

We always stay in 1108, the first floor is so much more convenient for everyone running back and forth to the beach. This condo just feels like home.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! It is in a great location! It is within walking distance of restaraunts. The owners have included many amenities that others don’t including chairs and umbrellas on the beach! The beds were amazing!!!! Loved all the other pet owners as well!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Jana Edit It was absolutely perfect vacation! Few steps from beautiful beach with umbrellas (the street is actually not so busy and cars go slowly and stops when see you about to cross), pet friendly areal – nice people. We had lot of fun in heated pool with really hot whirlpool as the weather did not cooperate and played tennis in the morning, also running path along the beach is great. The condo was amazing, king size beds were comfortable with very soft and cozy sheets, nice decorations, clean, kitchen well equipped. I was very happy about dryer – it is awesome to wear dry swimsuit every time! There is very good restaurant on the beach – walking distance – I love their fish sandwich! I would definitely recommend to my friends!
