Everything was exactly as advertised and more. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and easy access to the beach. The kids loved that they could walk to restaurants and stores (and we loved that there were sidewalks for them!) Great location and super comfy beds!

The owners take pride in their condo as it was Very updated and VERY clean. I am so glad we found out about this place thru the ecbyo.com. We will FOR SURE stay here again. Stacy was Very pleasant and helpful to work with. It has the most Awesome views right on to the beach and saw dolphins every day swimming by while we out on the balcony having our am coffee.

This is the second time we have stayed at Jade East 810. This unit fits all the needs of our group, especially with the bunk room. The unit is exactly as advertised. Owners are quick to respond, whether it was with questions I had or if it was to relay info about weather. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic Spring Break vacation at the SandnSol. The condo is very spacious and updated. The views are stunning, especially sunrises. The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, fresh fish market and water park and just a short drive to anything you could possibly need. The complex had awesome grills and the heated pool/spa was great. This was our official first Spring Break as a family since our oldest in now in Kindergarten. We made lasting memories with our kids and we will be back. Owners were very informative and accommodating!

From the minute you step in to the beautiful condo, you start to feel relaxed. The view of the water is amazing! The condo was very clean and very comfortable - beds were amazing! The awesome view when you walk through the door takes your breathe away. The water view from the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom what more could you ask for.. The three bedroom unit with bathrooms attached to each gives everyone privacy.. The very short walk to the beach along with the pool right out the elevator is convenient.. Now for the color Aqua every time myself and friends see it reminds us of the awesome time we had the week we stayed at your home away from home. Can’t wait to get back some day soon.

We had 5 girls from high school meet up in Destin for a fun filled long weekend. Despite the bad weather for part of the trip we had a fabulous time and this condo was wonderful! Love the location right on the beach! We used the spa and cooked in the very nice, fully equipped kitchen! The accommodations were impeccable and we all kept talking about how nice the place is. I recommend this place whole heartedly without any reservations whatsoever. It would be great for a family vacation, reunion, any gathering of family and friends!

This condo was the perfect setting for a long weekend on the beach. The floor plan is perfect for gathering for meals and family time but also lends itself well to some quiet time and a nice nap. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for preparing snacks, meals and special cocktails. The beach was gorgeous and the grounds of the property are wonderful. I can't recommend this rental enough!!!

This condo is absolutely perfect, especially for our group of 8. The photos on the website are great but folks, this condo is gorgeous! The decor is so upscale and extremely comfortable. The views of the ocean and beach are the best!! Elevators were extremely fast and the pool is great! Rent this condo!!! I promise that you will NOT be disappointed! We did NOT want to leave! This condo is beautiful and family friendly! We had a fantastic fall break with another family, 7 of us in all. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds the other rooms were very comfortable for us. The location in Destin is GREAT! Close to all the main attractions and shopping! The beach view from the balcony was beautiful and the Jade East staff and grounds were excellent! We will very likely stay again!

Jade East is a luxury, direct gulf-front, condominium complex which is centrally located in the heart of Destin. Within walking distance on the roadside are restaurants, shopping, groceries and entertainment. Some of our favorites include Shakes Frozen Custard, Mimmo’s Italian, Dunkin’ Donuts, The Back Porch, Chick-Fil-A, several breakfast options, and Big Kahuna water park. Blalock's fresh seafood market is also walkable. The property is gated at both the front entry and the beach access for your privacy and added security. There are no streets to cross, simply go out the back door and cross over the dunes! Once on the beach, you will find beach chair service, paddle boards, kayaks, and snow cones all available for an additional cost from March through October. There is ample room to fly a kite, throw a frisbee, build sandcastles, play corn hole or even play volleyball with your friends and family. Feel free to set up your own chairs behind the beach service chairs or rent from the on-site beach service. We are a pet-free, smoke-free complex; except for a designated smoking area at the base of the entryway steps. Protected by Ring doorbell camera.
The King master suite and living room (with queen sofa sleeper) have floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, which put you right on the beach. The Second bedroom is a king suite, and the Third bedroom has a Queen bed plus a twin over full bunk. Free Wi-fi. TV/DVD in living room; TV/DVD or VCR in all bedrooms.
We have 2 sets of golf clubs for those of you who like to hit the links, and there are plenty of puzzles and games for evenings and rainy days.
