Great location and home. I was able to golf at four different courses in the area. Loved the location to local restaurants. Just a short drive to Destin and Baytowne Wharf for fun activities with the family. Beautiful beach access just a short walk. Private pool was great! Loved our stay!

This rental met and exceeded for needs. Location is ideal, restaurants and stores are within walking distance. House is spotless and beds are comfortable with nice linens. Cooked several meals and kitchen was well equipped. The heated community pool is a plus with restrooms and covered sitting area. We will be renting again next visit!

"Tyme Away" 900 feet to the Beautiful Emerald Water at Miramar Beach!
Our home is great to entertain in and family gatherings. Plantations shutters throughout the home can make it very private, or very light and airy. Relax on the back patio, with no houses behind, grill some fresh seafood or just kick back and stare at the stars, and feel the gulf breeze.
The home has a great kitchen and dining room area that is fully equipped to prepare a complete meal, or make snacks to take to the beach. A nice king in the master bedroom, private bath with shower, and jet tub, walk in closet.
The other end of the home has a queen bed, with a full bath at the hall way next to the third bedroom with two twins for kids or quest. Ask about additional sleeping arrangements. Gas fireplace and tile throughout the entire living areas. Great garage for parking, and we provide four nice bikes, if you like to see the beach from a different perspective. A beautiful pool is just steps away shared only with a few other home owners. An outside shower at the garage and a complete laundry area inside will keep your beach apparel ready!
At the end of our street lies the Emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, 900 feet away, a great restaurant right on the beach, with volley ball nets in place, great food and beverages, in a very relaxing setting. Paved walking or biking paths all along the scenic gulf coast. We have the perfect location, if you never want to leave the neighborhood, stay at the beach house and just relax, but if you want to venture out, all the fabulous places along the emerald coast are just minutes away.
Wake up to your own cup of coffee, walk down to the beach cast a rod and enjoy the sunrise!
