I don’t think we are going to look for other places when we plan to visit Destin again, Stan’s place is the one to stay. Location is absolutely the best, the view and steps away from a private beach is simply superb. More than anything, I loved how Stan handles his guest. Walking distance to the beach. Love the porch upstairs. Plenty of room. Close to walkable restaurants. Dog friendly was a big plus for the price. Staton was very helpful and communicative.

The best part is that it is right across the street from a private beach area. The upstairs master bedroom has a spectacular view of the beach. Our group really enjoyed this place and would stay there again. Stanton was also always attentive and responded very quickly.

This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath home is recently remodeled and features updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated vanities in the bathrooms, and a walk in shower in the master bath. There is tile and hardwood flooring throughout. In addition, the chic, beachy decor sets an appropriate vibe for this private Destin townhome with beautiful Gulf views from many angles.
This spacious (~1300 square feet) townhome home boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area with Gulf views from the living room. In the living room, there is plenty of seating, a new Queen sleeper sofa, and a new 58" Smart TV. Off of the living room, the entry way has an elevated, covered patio with Gulf views and plenty of space for relaxing and dining. In addition, there is a convenient half bath and an outdoor shower accessible on the first level.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom features a King bed, remodeled bathroom, floor to ceiling sliding doors with Gulf views, and a private patio overlooking the Gulf. It's the perfect place to soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon/evening beverage. The secondary bedroom features Trundle beds with 4 Twin mattresses, 2 flat screen TVs, and access to a private bathroom.
The sleeping arrangements include: Master bedroom (King bed), secondary bedroom (4 Twin beds), and Living Room (Sleeper Sofa).
Between the Gulf views, private beach access, and the excellent centralized location with loads of nearby attractions, this fully stocked, recently updated home is perfect for your next beach vacation!
