Sandee DialApril 2023 Spring Break ‘23 was just awesome at this gorgeous beach house !!! We had 5 girls, 2 moms and a grandmother !!! Everybody enjoyed it so much !! We were right on the beach and we had chair service everyday !!! We will definitely be back to this lovely beach home!!! One night we walked to dinner right next door and the girls even walked across the street to get ice cream. Teresa was the perfect hostess. I think I messaged her almost everyday and sent her pictures. She was the sweetest and very accommodating! This was by far the most perfect place to stay ??????????

This place was amazing!! Loved the views of the beach from The windows and balcony. The decor in the home was beach themed and not in your face. The place was very clean and inviting. The home has a peaceful and relaxing feel. I also love the balcony was kid friendly and had a gate that locked and a no slats. I also enjoyed the double French doors in the main living room and being able to open them to Lauren to the ocean waves. This place was worth ever penny and my only regret was not being able to Stay longer!

Teresa's place was exactly as described on the listing - the perfect beach getaway! The unit was very clean, with everything we needed for a week's stay. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated all the space in the unit for our family to spread out. The recommendations for restaurants & activities were spot on. The beach was very accessible, and we loved how quiet it was.

Our family came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and we picked a great place! Everything was just as described and the house and the beach were both beautiful. Teresa was quick to respond and always available if needed. We would definitely love to visit again!

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We’ve been to Destin almost every summer and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! It was so clean and had so many amenities to meet the needs of everyone! I highly recommend staying here! The owners are so sweet and so quick to respond to emails with any questions you may have. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our time at Teresa's place was spectacular! Everything was exactly as advertised and could not have been more perfect. From the location to the amenities - it was exactly what we needed for our annual family vacation! There were five of us that stayed, including one child. The access to the beach is unbeatable and the location of the house in general is super convenient. The home itself is super clean, cute and full of little things that make all the difference. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, the linens and towels are all very nice and clean and fresh. The furniture seems new and is all very comfortable. We had to contact Teresa regarding a question we had and she responded promptly and was very pleasant! There are so many wonderful things to say, but to sum it all up : We had an absolutely perfect, extremely relaxing vacation in a beautiful home that was everything that it was promised to be. We could not have been any happier, and we surely hope to go back again (and again)!!

Just got home from our 5th October vacation at 20 Sandollar. This time we managed to stay for 11 nights and it gets harder and harder to leave each time. The home was immaculate, as always. You cannot beat the location. And the balcony off the master bedroom is one of our favorite parts. We had rainy and overcast weather most of our stay which would have been a big bummer had we stayed anywhere else. But when you're in this big, beautiful house right on the beach with balconies on every floor and walls of windows everywhere you turn, we barely missed a thing. Rain or shine, 20 Sandollar is the best place you can stay- hands down! And plenty of board games, books, and movies are stocked in the living room. Thanks for another great stay Teresa and Jonathan! Absolutely perfect location, beautiful home, amazing views from every floor, great communication with Teresa, what you see is what you get and more! Teresa was such a great host, promptly replied and held great communication throughout the booking process and our stay. The house was just perfect! We walked right in to what we saw in the listing, all the small details made it feel like a temporary home away from home. We had plenty to do during the rainy day we had, from seashell tic tac toe to board games to just hanging out enjoying some movies with our kids, it made a rainy day at the beach enjoyable. The views from every single floor were just breathtaking! I really enjoyed cooking while looking up and enjoying some great views of the beach. There are plenty of sand toys provided and even some boogie boards that our kids took full advantage of. We all enjoyed being able to wake up, open the door, just take a few steps and feel the sand between our toes every morning! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay, we can not wait to come back, I honestly don’t think we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else!

We have so many great memories here our kids and family enjoy the beach every day without the hastle of walking far since the backyeard is literally the beach!! Teresa and Jonathan are really helpful and friendly! the house speaks for itself everything is modern and comforting! We always book our stay here when its available becouse this house books so fast!

My family and I had a great time. The townhouse was very clean and we had room for everybody. The view was fantastic. Easy to get around to stores and places to eat. Didn't have to walk far to the beach. The water while we were there was clear and emerald. Don't have to worry about beach stuff for the kids they had plenty. Would go there again in the future.

We just spent an amazing week at 20 Sanddollar! This was our 4th year in a row staying in this beautiful home and we are booking our stay for next year already during our drive home. The home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so perfectly located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The chairs and umbrella setup by La Dolce Vita each morning are such an amazing bonus! We head down in the morning, so walk-up carryout from the beach at Pompano Joe's for lunch, head back to the beach bar access later in the day for piña coladas, and stay on the beach until the sun goes down. Time stands still in this little slice of paradise. We will continue bringing our kids and eventual grandkids for years to come. Thanks for everything Teresa and Jonathan! Years of memories to last a lifetime! PS- make sure you keep your eyes out for dolphins- they love to play just past the sandbar right in front of the house.

Teresa’s place was even better than expected! It couldn’t be any closer to the beach, and it is in a perfect location! There are many options to walk to-restaurants, stores, coffee, etc. The house was sparkling clean with everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to visiting again!

The condo had everything that we could have asked for in a vacation rental. The location with direct beach access could not have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious floor plan and all of the amenities! There was plenty of cookware and dishes which made it great to have meals at the condo. This provides the perfect amount of privacy and convenience. We will definitely choose 20 sand dollar for our next trip to miramar!

We had a great week in Miramar Beach over Memorial Day week at this townhome. We thought the unit was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of five! The location is great because the beach in that area is only used by these units. So the beach was never crowded. We had plenty of space to play cornhole, throw frisbees and a football, and play bocci ball. The two chairs and umbrella was nice and was out each morning around 7am. We also ordered 3 more and an extra umbrella. Very close to Pompano Joe’s for lunch or dinner. This rental is an end unit. So it has one of the best views. Teresa was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. I definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay! We drove from Texas for spring break. Our family of 5 and another family of 5 joined us. This location is perfect for 2 families. It was nice having different levels to have privacy and space. FYI- there are a lot stairs. Being right off the beach was the best! We have young kids so not crossing busy streets or having to load the kids in the car each time we went to the beach was worth every penny! Being at a private beach was so nice. Often, especially in the morning, we had the almost the entire beach to ourselves. Despite a few college spring breakers, the beach was very family friendly and quiet. No seaweed, no rocks and amazing sand!! (Unfortunately not very many seashells.) Such a great beach and the weather in March was perfect. A nice touch is that the owner provides beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. There are plenty of sand toys for kids, a grill, board games and DVDs and Netflix. The outdoor shower on the deck was so useful. One of the recommendations from the owner was Fudpuckers- a local place with live alligators! Our kids loved it. They got to feed and hold a real alligator. It’s a restaurant, but you don’t have to eat there. So much fun for kids! Everything was so clean and in great condition. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it for others! Teresa was a great host who responded immediately. Thanks for a great beach vacation spot!

Book it! Great location and setup.

The absolute cleanest place I have ever stayed, we instantly felt as if we were home. The master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach is the best view you can ask for.

We were very happy with this property! No issues at all. Location could not be easier, and it has everything you could need. There was a whole box of sand toys and beach equipment, so you don't need to bring anything. Loved being steps away from the beach so we could pop in & out multiple times per day.

I am sensitive to smells (and an allergy sufferer) and I loved that there were no overpowering fragrances in this place, it also was not musty or dusty at all! Linens seemed very clean. Thanks for that!!

We would happily stay here again!

Wish list might be nicer pots/pans and cooking utensils. A few small plastic cups for kids would have been nice too.

We had an amazing time! The townhouse is perfect! Kitchen well stocked, the luxury bath towels a huge plus, beds are comfy and extra blankets for the cool evenings! Plenty of space for everyone! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your home with us !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was great and the view from the deck was breathtaking. The house was immaculate with lots of welcoming amenities, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Our family of 11 stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The location was clean, beautifully decorated, and the beach was amazing. The host was amazing and attentive, she went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. She responds very quickly as well. We will definitely be keeping in touch for future stays at this location.

This townhome is in the perfect location! The balconies have an amazing view! You cannot get any closer to the beach! The beach was beautiful and the owners supplied extra chairs and beach toys for the kids. We had max capacity and there was plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

We had a good experience with renting this unit. It was clean when we got there and looked like the pictures they have posted. We had a problem with the cooling unit down stairs not cooling, we sent the owner a message and they called right back and had someone there to fix it with in the hour. It is a great unit on the beach to rent.
