What a great place and host!! We got to Waters Edge at 9pm at night and had a stress-free check-in. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. Also included was games, books and magazines. We spent everyday on the large and comfortable deck to watch the birds and dolphins. Beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the spare room was wonderful. The beach is a short walk with a Cafe and toilets. Tried to book it for next year February and it was already booked. We were at Waters Edge for 48 days and we didn't want to leave.

Jackpot! Felt we hit the jackpot when we stumbled on this listing and made last-minute reservations, which went very smoothly. This was our first trip to the area and what a treat! Absolutely beautiful - thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. You can read details in previous reviews - all true. If you’re looking to stay in the area, don’t hesitate to book here. Thanks Angela and Chris for a great quick getaway. Hope to do it again sometime.

We have stayed at sandpiper several times, this is the most up to date condo we have stayed in. The view of the harbor is amazing, the convenience of the restaurant next door is the best! We checked on the unit and had a very quick response and the transaction was the easiest yet!! The host even messaged us to check on us during our stay!!! I would highly recommend you try this unit. We are already looking to book it again!

Every unit we have stayed at in Sandpiper Cove has been great including two different ones on the canal and one on the beach, however, this stay at Harbor’s Edge was the best of all! The check-in was seamless, we were given a code for the condo that was unique to us for use during our stay that worked without a hitch. When we arrived at the unit and opened the door all I could say was “WOW”, the interior of condo looked fantastic and even with a night time arrival we could already see thru the unit to deck overlooking the Destin Harbor and view was spectacular. The following morning when we woke up looked out the the view was even more spectacular and the sunsets are unbelievable. The condo is located adjacent to one of the development’s five pools and directly across the parking area from several tennis/pickleball courts. Just on the other side of the pool there is a really nice restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) with outdoor seating sharing the same view as the condo of the marina and harbor. The unit itself was updated from top to bottom with granite countertops, new flooring and modern, comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the artwork and nice touches such as the little coffee nook to make our coffee for early morning enjoyment on the deck with the million dollar view. The Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to find everything we needed. The unit has modern full size, front loading washer and dryer units which we utilized before we left for home. The private beach access is a short walk from the condo or a drive if you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach. We drove over and there was plenty of convenient parking. The beach is fantastic. We took advantage of the snack stand, it is nice and convenient. For our next visit to Sandpiper Cove Harbor’s Edge will be our first choice without a doubt.

As the review title states, I have to start with the view that you will experience the minute you walk through the door of this beautiful condo. We were immediately drawn to the spacious deck overlooking the harbor and spent as much time out there as the beach! I won't even go into detail about the amazing sunset you can experience out there every night as you unwind from the beach and enjoy a nice dinner, I can't give the beauty and relaxation experienced justice...you'll just have to experience it for yourself. Very tasteful decoration throughout that reminds us that you're at the beach and on vacation! As a family with young kids, we found it especially nice to have a pool overlooking the harbor a stone's throw away as well as the tennis and pickleball courts. The grounds have so much to offer for little ones when you just need a break from the beach. The best restaurant in Destin (in my opinion) is also right there for your convenience to either have a nice dinner there with the family or what we liked to do, get carryout and enjoy it on the condo deck. We take the family to Destin at least once a year, and this place provided us all we needed to have an amazing vacation, filled with memories of joy, laughter and tears (only when we had to leave haha). Highly recommend if you're interested in a Destin trip that you take a look at this place, you will not be disappointed!

This condo is spectacular!!! The views are stunning, the decor is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location and amenities of the resort!! Right next door is one of Destin’s top restaurants, Louisiana Lagniappe (order the Lobster Rangoon, you won’t be sorry!). You never really have to leave the property with the golf course, tennis courts, and pools! The amount of beachfront at this property is incredible, I’ve stayed many places where you’re on top of one another…not the case with Sandpiper Cove. Chris and Angela have done a wonderful job with this condo and it is a gem in the heart of Destin!!

You will be steps away from the soft, sugary-white sandy beach on our 1,100 foot large PRIVATE BEACH! You will be given private access through a gated entry. March 1 - October 31, pay only $15/day for Beach Service. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella a $45/day service when purchased on the beach.
We fell in love with the Emerald Waters here located right in the heart of Destin and know you will too. Bring your fishing gear to FISH directly from the back yard into harbor or from the nearby canal. Launch a boat or rent a boat slip right outside the door. Sandpiper Cove features 5 Swimming POOLS with one right next-door, 3 Hot Tubs, a 9-hole, par-3 GOLF Course, Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts and high quality beach chair/umbrella service. The 43 acre resort is full of many great walking paths taking you across walking bridges and over to the visit the canal. Our favorite restaurant, The Louisiana Lagniappe is located in the complex and is actually just a few steps away making a fancy dinner super convenient! Also, grab a quick bite at Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill located on site with great Beach Front Views. Find many other great spots within walking distance such as The Local Market and Capricco Cafe.
While being surrounded by brand-new flooring and updated furnishings throughout you can enjoy the magnificent views from the living room’s full wall of glass doors and from the Master Bedroom’s large glass doors that also provide access to the private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a super comfy KING bed, Smart TV, dressing room and a newly renovated Master Bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom has low twin bunk beds and a comfy Queen bed. There is a 2nd bathroom down the hall that has recently been updated and has a new soaker tub and also new granite countertops.
