The deck offers the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic dinner for 2. The deck has steps leading down so you can leave directly from it to get to the pool or golf course.

The living room has ample cozy seating to enjoy relaxing in after a day on the beach. The bathroom offers a shower and can be access from the living space or bedroom. The bedroom features a King size bed. The living room offers a Queen Sofa Sleeper allowing this condo to sleep 4 with ease.

Unit is dog friendly! Will allow a dog up to 35 pounds for an additional pet fee. Onsite will charge a pet fee as well as require shot records for the dog at check-in.

This unit is just a short 10-minute walk to the beach side and will include beach service for the 2025 season.
