IT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED, WITH A FULL KITCHEN RENOVATION, PLUS NEW TOILET/VANITY IN THE BATHROOM, NEW MAKEUP VANITY IN THE BEDROOM AND ALL NEW PAINT AND CROWN MOLDING.

This roomy condo has a kitchen with NEW full-sized appliances and the cookware needed to whip up a meal before hitting one of the five complex pools.
