This condo was beautiful: newly updated, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Being mere steps away from a gorgeous beach and a few blocks from outlets and restaurants--what more could you want for a sunny vacation?! We would love to stay here again.

My wife and I, stayed for here for our one year wedding anniversary and loved it. Loved the view and the owners were very nice and helpful. I would for sure recommend staying here.

This is the 2nd time staying in this condo this year. We just love it. The kitchen was well stocked this time. Spacious, clean, easy access, and the owner is easy to communicate with if you need to. If you are looking for a place to book, don't hesitate to book this condo. You will love it!

Very nice condo, very clean, comfy, close to shopping and restaurants. Owners were very kind and easy to work with. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is we thought the kitchen lacked some on items for cooking etc. however we have communicated that to the owners and they are checking into it. We are already scheduled to come back in May and are looking forward to

We were very pleased with our stay at Majestic Sun. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Everything went as planned and we were able to check in earlier than the scheduled check in time. The description of the condo was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fact that the owner was always readily available via phone and email. I plan to utilize this location again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tropical Breezes. The view was amazing! Everything seemed very clean, and believe me that is not always the case with condos we have stayed in previously.The condo has been well maintained. Kathy was always accessible, very thoughtful, and caring.

My wife, 2 kids and I had a great time in Destin last week. The condo was great with amazing views. So much to do with the beach, pool, golf and great fishing with Capt Preston Muller. 907A is a fantastic place to stay while in Destin with all the necessity including AC, VIEWS!, flat screen TV, washer dryer, great beds and a full kitchen. We can't wait to come back. You will love it!

Loved our week at your condo! View was beautiful and accommodations were great! Weather was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening, listening to the sounds of the waves! Just heaven! Have never had a property manager like Kathy!!! She was awesome! We will be back!

This beach condominium rental includes a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. A fully equiped kitchen is provided with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk-beds for the kids are built into the hallway wall! A very comfortable, sleeper sofa may be found in the living room. A TV/DVD has been placed in the bedroom as well as the 32" flat screen tv in the livngroom.
Only guests of the Majestic Sun and its affiliates may use your privately gated heated multilevel indoor and outdoor pools. So relax poolside and enjoy a drink, play in the refreshing waterfall, or soak your stress away in either of your in ground hot tub spas-all overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
We are excited to announce that the Association now have two Charcoal Grills. They are located on the grassy area behind the north end (closest to Aerial Dunes) of the Wyndham Parking Garage. Majestic Sun owners and guest are welcome to use them. No reservations will be made. It is a first come, first serve basis. Please note that they are Charcoal Grills and owners/guest are responsible for their own charcoal
The private white sandy beaches are approximately 50 feet from the front door of the Majestic Sun! Seascape Golf and Tennis resort owns 2,000 feet of white sandy beach!! An onsite beach-chair service and TIKI bar is there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available, as well as Resort Bike Rental. You can rent a jet ski, wave runner, catamaran boat, or jump on the floating fun-deck (all services are subject to availability).

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
