This condo has an amazing ocean view! It is also located on the bottom level. This made it convenient since we were traveling with our 2 puppies. (VRBO Review)

The condo was perfect for what we needed, great location, the property was secure and all with a view.

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is literally across the street from the ocean and walking distance to some fun restaurants. We were willing to compromise on a few things because of where it is located but were pleasantly surprised with it all. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and everyone slept well on the mattresses. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. 10/10 would recommend. (VRBO Review)

We have stayed at beach retreat several times but this was the first time in this unit. We loved the ground floor which was perfect for our pup.! Great beach access with beach service. It's walking distance to some great restaurants! The bunks are great for kids!

Honestly no complaints- We’ve stayed in other Beach Retreat condos so know what to expect. Communication was easy and quick with the property management.

We have always stayed in the Cottages at Beach Retreat, none were available for our dates. Tried the Condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. The views are fantastic. Proximity to beach is great. Would totally stay here again and again!

In all of my years, I have never been SO thrilled with a beach rental. Upon arrival, I was delighted with the excellent parking area. Every square inch of the condo was spotless and well maintained. I honestly do not think the VRBO description does it justice. You can simply sit on the couch and enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful view, or open your door and walk 30 yards and be standing on the spotless beach. My communication with Renee was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was able to bring my dog along, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend and will be back. (VRBO Review)

We loved our stay at the Beach Retreat in Destin, FL. The beach is only steps away and absolutely gorgeous! The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for a week long stay, clean, and cozy! The pool area was a perfect setting as well! We would definitely recommend this retreat and hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful location with perfect beach access

The condo is clean and comfortable. The beach is easily accessible and chairs are readily available. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a getaway in Destin.

Beach Retreat 105 is a lovely condo in the perfect location! The amenities are more than adequate and the bed is super comfortable! We will definitely rent again.

Check in was super easy and our small dogs were welcome! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and meeting new friends. Beach access was super convenient and beach service was appreciated! Just wish the weather was as nice as our condo!

Great condo which is well maintained and is stocked very well with all essentials. Owners are very good to work with and checkin and out was very easy. Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 near restaurants and on beautiful stretch of beach. Would definitely recommend any of these owners properties as we have stayed at several of theirs and all were well maintained and nicely decorated,

Really beautiful condo. Beautifuly decorated and super clean. Loved staying here. Just steps away to the beach. All the amenities you need. Very comfortable condo. We really enjoyed our stay here at beach retreat 105.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Kids slept well in the bunk beds and enjoyed having their own bathroom. The master bedroom was comfortable and the master bath had plenty of room. We make a lot of our own food during the week and the kitchen had everything we needed. Access to the beach was a breeze due to being right on the ground floor and right across from the beach access. We were also within walking distance to 2-3 restaurants. The patio was a great place to look at the ocean and people watch as folks of all ages walked, ran, rode bikes, walked dogs, and skateboarded along the sidewalk. The pool area was very clean and not crowded during our stay. I would stay here again.

The condo and beach were just what we wanted and needed.

We spend a week in Destin every year, and you just can't beat this location. Tons of amazing restaurants around, lots of shopping and fun things for the kiddos to do. Plus, the Beach Retreat is steps a way from the beach, and there is a gigantic pool on the premises. We were very happy with this condo as the kitchen is updated and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation!

Absolutely perfect. Grandkids loved the clean beach and water. The pool was great and other vacationers were cool. Dog was happy and every pet owner did a great job cleaning up behind them. The maintenance crews for the lawnscaping were awesome. The Condo was just right for the 6 of us. Kitchen and supplies were more than adequate. Hardly watched any TV but when we did it worked great. The area speaks for itself. You do have to like crowds though, but as we went at the peak of the season, we expected that. Only suggestion is that the sofa bed mattress was too thin for an adult. Other than that, looking forward to going back for week 2 next weekend. Oh, we definitely liked being on the ground floor. Thanks. We would recommend to our friends.

This is our second time staying here for a total of three weeks. This week was spring break for a lot of students. The ones I met while walking my dogs were nice! My only issue was with the rental motor scooters, two and three wheeled. I don’t think any of them have mufflers! I think I’ll write a letter to the city! LOL!

The condo was exceptionally clean and roomy and adequately met the description. The check in and out process was the best I’ve experienced. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Loved that it was pet friendly!

We had Great time at our stay on spring break love you that you could walk to a couple restaurants and that the beach was right across the street !
I only complaint is that the hot tub was not hot enough

Beautiful Property and the perfect size for a family of four like ours. We love that we can walk to so many places from the condo and it is one of the nicest ones we have stayed at over our 6 years of coming to Destin. We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely, excellent location, and reservation, check in and check out so easy and efficient.

Location was perfect, decor was perfect, view was perfect, pool was heated, ability to have ur fur babies was perfect, walk to the beach was short.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in Beach Retreat 105. It is absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The view is breathtaking and it has everything you need. We love that there are restaurants in walking distance. It is a great place to make lifelong memories.
