TIDES 202, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This unit was very much like it is advertised-great view with a really nice sun deck. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need, and the beds were SUPER comfy. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. The location of the unit was great, the guard shack made our place feel very safe, and the restaurant/bar at the front of the neighborhood was the perfect place to go for a quick drink or to listen to music. Would definitely go back :)

This is our second year staying here and both times have been absolutely amazing. The owner has went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I would not want to stay anywhere else. This place is truly a gem. Can't wait until next year!!!

This was better than we could have asked for. Very convenient with just one flight of stairs to the pool. Lovely decor with comfortable quarters. The balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and provided respite from the sun. I hope to return soon.

We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful spacious beachfront condo. Mr. Stone informed us that him and his wife just purchased this condo the week before our stay. Everything was in mint condition as was described on listing. We arrived late on a Friday night without stopping to get nececssities and were very pleased to notice the condo already had toiletries, soaps and paper towels. This kept us from having to get back out until the next morning. (Thank you for the little details) The view was amazing even though the weather did not cooperate. Balcony overlooked the 2 pools, poolside bar and hot tub along with great ocean views. We have stayed in many different condos and by far this was the most spacious of them all. Master had very comfortable king size bed, guest room had two double beds which were perfect for my teenager daughters. They had their own bath across the hall which had sink divided from shower which was perfect for one getting ready while the other showered. Ideal for teenage girls. Mr and Mrs. Stone were so very kind and very accommodating during our stay I even left my double bag upon departure and Mr. Stone called me immediately to let me know. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone and I will certainly be back. Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Stone.

Great condo- We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very quick to respond to email, and we were able to book this within 24 hours. Tops'l is very nice in general. There are free fitness classes and the tennis courts are superb and do not cost extra to play on. The condo itself is on the second floor with a great balcony right over the boardwalk to the pool and beach. This is a great spot if you like to "people watch" people coming and going to the beach. There are lounge chairs and a dining table on the patio, which was great. Be aware- the kitchen has the bare minimum in terms of cookware and the smallest coffee mugs in the world. Also, the condo could've been cleaner when we arrived- there was some sand left on the floor. If you are able to overlook these things, as I could, you will enjoy this place!

I enjoyed my recent stay in this lovely, gulf front condo with unobstructed, sweeping views of the turquoise blue water and beautiful, spacious swimming pools. When you are not enjoying the beach or pool, there are many other activities such as miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and walking trails.There are many great restaurants and shops in the Miramar Beach, Destin area. The condo also adjoins a nature preserve.
 Other amenities include a large balcony with upscale furnishings and magnificent views. The condo also has comfortable furniture, beds, and granite countertops. The complex has lovely landscaped grounds.I can't wait to return and would recommend this condo to anyone.

We loved the condo, awesome place to stay.We were in Destin a few weeks ago for my daughter's wedding, first time to visit. The condo was great! We loved the great view of the swimming pools and beach from the master bedroom patio and the living room patio. It was nice to have kitchen items such as coffee maker, blender, etc. We used disposable plates, but the place had plates, cups and glasses. We sure enjoyed relaxing on the patio and people watching. We also had plenty of towels, and didn't have to wash them after every use, so that was an added plus. I received immediate response to our enquiry on availability and all of the paperwork went very smoothly, all handled via email.  We definitely plan to stay here next time we visit Destin.
