My wife and I just returned from 2 weeks at Capri #116 on 03/09/2024. The accomondations for the two of us were wonderful. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities that you need for a beach vacation. Having your own private large deck right on the beach, wow! Location of Capri is perfect for any shopping or dining needs. The Capri #119 Team from the owner to the management group were the best! The Foxes will be back!

My wife Christi and I have stayed in Destin for years and pass this enclave many times. We decided to stay here this trip and so very glad we did. Private beach with a private deck set on the most beautiful water in the world. We watched dolphins playing in the mornings within a hundred feet from the deck. The gated setting was quiet, safe with barbecue grills adjacent to our door and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We stayed for a week and never moved the car. With paved walking and biking paths on both sides of the adjacent road we were able to move about safely and conveniently. The bungalow was well appointed, clean and situated perfectly with the Gulf in our view constantly. The owner is very accessible and provides a worry free vacation.

Once again everything was perfect and lovely! We had the most wonderful time, really enjoyed the deck overlooking the beach. It was spotlessly clean!! The owner is very nice and helpful with anything that you may need. It is on a wonderful private stretch of beach and is very peaceful! My most favorite place to stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The view from our private deck was perfect!! Our rental was nice, cozy, and clean. Only steps away from the soft white sand and clear water! This place is perfect for couples that want privacy with places to eat or explore nearby. Linda was great to work with. Communication was fantastic and rental description accurate. Perfect Beach Front Hide Away ??. Enjoy the dolphins in the morning from your private attached deck. Enjoy long sunset walks and a private beach with daily chair set up. This unit is very Beautiful and had Absolutely everything we needed! Also, there’s a restaurant called the 790 you can walk to from the beach in 30 seconds! The owner Linda is an Amazing person that is prompt with info and any help you need. We will definitely return to our home away from home ?? Having Our Honey Moon at Capri was Absolutely Amazing! ??????????????

This place is as advertised! It's just steps from the beach and has an amazing deck overlooking the beach. Linda was very accommodating and made the whole process of booking the place an easy, pleasant experience. As well, there are several nearby restaurants that you can walk to and enjoy. The chairs and umbrella set up each day are an added bonus. It's conveniently located in Destin close to plenty of markets and shopping, but you'll never notice any of that when you are at the beach! Just a short drive to the Destin Harbor or Okaloosa Pier when you want to do some fishing! Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time and we will be back soon!

When looking for a special place to spend a long awaited getaway, I kept going back to this listing. It was so perfect for my husband and I. The large deck overlooking the beach, the kitchen with all the conveniences, comfy king bed, gated access, beach chair set up and right on the beach, made this a perfect spot!! We were not disappointed!! We could not have picked a better place to spend the week at Destin!! Linda was wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed! Can’t wait to go back!

My daughter and I just returned from a week at this unit. We were looking for peaceful beach time together between her college graduation and leaving for law school next month. It was perfect! It’s just right for 2 people and the large beachfront deck is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and Linda is great to work with! I hope we get to visit again!

We stayed here for a week while my husbands family was also down here we got the best place! The deck is so nice if you don't want to go to the beach and get sand everywhere it looks right out on the beach and you can just enjoy the sun. It is gated which is so nice and it is also close to everything so you don't have to take your car places that you want to go you can just walk. It has everything that you're looking for in terms of a kitchen and bathroom. Really nice if you don't want to go out to eat and cook something at home. We are looking forward to our next vacation and will definitely be booking here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely fell in love with this property! We were looking for a place right on the beach so we could enjoy the sights and the sun. This place was perfect for what we wanted! We spent the majority of our days relaxing on the huge private deck as it is in the sun all day. The private beach setup was super convenient and the location of the condo is perfect as you are a short walk from anything you could need. The inside of the condo is clean and is perfect for two people. We are already planning our next trip!

This beach front slice of paradise delivered everything we had hoped for and more. The private deck overlooking the beautiful white sand beach of Destin was even better than advertised as our beach long strolls proved 'our' deck was truly one of a kind. The location was ideal for either doing nothing or doing everything since the unit is quiet and perfect for relaxing in the sun, but also only a short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and activities. Adding to our stay was a friendly owner who ensured our arrival was seamless and our stay was memorable. The only regret was not booking a longer stay! We...will...be...back!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My husband and I choose this place because of it’s location. Breathtaking sun rises and sunsets right outside our back door and only a few steps to the white sands and clear waters. A nice private getaway for couples (our honeymoon ??) with plenty of entertainment options close by. Linda was great when it comes to communication and as well as her description of her rental. Hoping we can return soon!!

Renovated and updated this unit offers a fully furnished kitchen, spacious king bedroom, cable and WiFi Internet, 2 Flat screen TV's and DVD player and private parking right in front of the unit for easy offloading of luggage. There is a grill just a few yards from the front door. A laundry facility is located in the building.
Located at the west end corner of a small single story gated complex The Capri is not crowded and free from the hassles of many beachfront properties. There is the added security of a gated community and a beach attendent on duty daily March through November.
You can walk and bike the neighborhood plus restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Paddle boards and Kayak rentals are offered on site. Bike and jet ski rentals are just a block away.
Guests appreciate the privacy of being a corner beach front and enjoy the big private deck that no other guests in the complex can access. The only access to the deck is from the living room of the town home. There is NOTHING obstructing the view of the Gulf from this unit. Dolphins enjoy frolicking in the Destin area since it is a feeding ground for these gentle and playful creatures which adds to the enjoyment of our guests.
The town home is conveniently located just four blocks from Destin's premier shopping and entertainment area, Destin Commons and many restaurants. Its central location to attractions makes for convenience and saves time and gas.
Seven golf courses are conveniently located just 5 to 15 minutes away. And the largest designer factory outlet in the USA is located just 10 minutes drive east. The Destin Harbor hosts the country's largest charter fishing fleet and is only 10 minutes drive west. Plan a fishing trip or enjoy watching the catches of the day from the dock.
