My wife and I stayed at Dawn’s villa for the month of October and it felt like home. The villa is beautiful and the location was perfect, sitting on the swing bed on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee overlooking the lake was a perfect way to start our day, the short walk over the bridge to the beach was perfect. Dawn is an excellent host and a great person to work with. My wife and I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you would have a great time here too. Thank you Dawn

We stayed during the Labor Day weekend and loved it. This condo had everything we needed. It’s exceptionally clean and the location could not be more perfect. The screened in porch is the perfect spot for sipping on a glass of wine while watching the ducks and you can’t beat the short walk to the beach! Our family highly recommends this condo!

Clean, beautifully decorated, and great location and super close to the beach. We loved everything about Dawn’s property. It has everything we needed, the coffee bar was my favorite. It was perfect for the 3 of us and our 2 small pups! My son loved the swinging bed on the screened in porch. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and even left a list of suggested restaurants and activities to try. Would definitely stay again! 10/10 recommend.

This place is wonderful! It’s in a perfect location. We enjoyed the screened in porch with the lake view. It was a short walk to the beach and you could hear the waves from the porch. I was hesitant to say how excellent it is because it will stay booked up from now on. Dawn is excellent to deal with and very responsive. We will definitely stay again!

To start, Dawn was an incredible host. She went far and above for my daughter and I, making sure our time was perfect. The home was pristine and so homey and comfortable. We were greeted by mimosas as a special Mother’s Day gift. If you are looking for a place that is an easy 3 min walk to the beach, yet close to everything, this is the place. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dawn for everything!

First timers and we are in love! From the interior decor to the short walk to the beach, this is definitely a place we come back to! The owners are so sweet and just a text or call away if you need anything. They have a wonderful place to relax and rewind. You can’t go wrong with this place. I cannot find one negative thing about it!!!

This luxury villa is the perfect place to bring your fam or friends. The owners were so friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. I came for a girls weekend with some friends and we had an absolute blast. 5 minute walk to the beach! Gorgeous views. Super clean. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend.

This condo has a great location quietly tucked just off the beach area with a fantastic lake view. The screened porch is cozy and relaxing and everything is beautifully decorated and clean. I really enjoyed my stay surrounded by all of the conveniences of restaurants and nearby shopping too!
